Good food and service but its just not the easiest to get to. I feel like few places warrant 5 stars for a burger

Went here for the first time and love the place. I had the Haystack Salad with grilled chicken and the little crispy onions, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and ranch dressing. It was fresh and tasted amazing. My husband had the Haystack Burger with fries, and loved everything too. Everyone was friendly, and the service was excellent. We will be returning for sure!

I ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and I received a burnt chicken breast on a bun w an overcooked slice of cheddar!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO sauce, lettuce or tomatoes or pickles!!! Then when I requested a refund, I was told that I would have to drive BACK to the physical location for a refund and they Never answer their phones and the manager is ALWAYS MIA!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to my worst Enemy!!!!

My daughter and I ordered cheese sticks, fries, and burgers. The cheese sticks were just okay. The fries were bland with no seasoning or flavor. Now on to the burgers. My daughter and I both stated how salty they were. It’s as if the salt shaker broke and ended up on our burgers. Burgers were also very dry. We both could not finish them. The worker that came by took our plates and didn’t even blink an eye at the fact that both our plates were still full. I work in the restaurant business. If I see customers with plates that have food on them. I see that as a red flag, and immediately ask the customer if everything was okay. Pretty much wasted $45.00 as that’s what the total came to. I see no reason to return.

Such a cute place!!!! The burgers are so fresh and tasty, fries are fantastic, perfect amount of salt and crispness! Quick service and everyone was super friendly. Cute patio seating as well.

We had paddy melts it was so good and it had a little punch. Great meat for the Grandkids. And thy do have veterans discount.
I enjoyed my good very much however those with me did not enjoy theirs. It was an off day I am sure, but they didn't have any water or sweet tea, only cokes and some kind of fruity tea. Im sure the construction had something to do with the water. And they were very nice to not charge us for one of the cokes we ordered since it wasn't what we wanted. My food was good, a burger. Nothing spectacular given the high rating, but again it was probably just an off day for them and they did try to make it up. I would go again but those I was with do not care to return.

Our first visit here and we loved it. Corina helped us and was a delight and kept checking to make sure we needed for nothing. Super friendly and professional too. Escebeche burger was perfectly done great balance of acidity. The bacon was cooked well. The bun was soft and fluffy. Fries and haystack onion perfectly done and crisp. Milkshake was thick and creamy with whip cream and jimmies. Exactly what you want when u crave a burger place. We will be back.

Amazing customer service and onolicious food here!! We came on a whim here after Jiu-Jitsu practice and ecstatic to have found this gem. So delicious that we have been here twice in the past 5 days.
