Delivery drivers should not be responsible for cleaning drink cups or closing containers on behalf of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I have encountered instances where containers were not properly closed, even when placed under another container. Additionally, the cups handed out were often messy.
To ensure a better experience for both the drivers and the customers, I suggest implementing a quality check for packaging. This could include securely sealing containers with stickers or tape and ensuring that drink cups are clean before being handed out. Proper packaging reflects positively on your business and helps maintain the driver's professionalism when delivering orders.

Never order anything from chaat station from here. This is my second time i gave their chaat station a try and it was below average. I have tried their samosa chaat (they put too many channay, not enough veggies or dahi or chatnis, its like you are eating channa salan) Dahi puri was stuff with too much potatoes and hardly any chatni and dahi, felt like eating a whole potato cutlet. Papdi chaat had too many channa, not enough veggies, literally no dahi no chutney, channay aloo everything is so tasteless. Literally no flavor at all.
Other stuff on the menu is nice but chaat station is very bad. Stop putting too many channay please, there has to be a balance in everything.

I placed an pickup order at 9:50am & did not get to the cafe until 10:20am. When I arrived, no one greeted me for 10 minutes. When they finally did, the order was still not ready even though I got a notification that it was. There are so many other Acai places you can go to, don’t choose this one:

The smoothies are not the best texture.. kinda slimey? Rather than refreshing. The bathrooms are clean though, so that’s nice.

Closing time listed on Google is 10 pm. Showed up at 7:58 pm and the place was completely dark and shut down. Because the reviews were so high, I decided to come back the next day. There was only one customer in front of me. It took 15 minutes just to place my order, and another 30 minutes for the food to be ready. Bun Kabab was not what I expected. It’s supposed to be beef, but seemed more like some type of bean paste. Fries were good. Smoothie was ok. Does not deserve the 4.5 rating. Maybe a 3.9 or 4.0. Don’t waste your time coming to this place.
The rudest people I've ever dealt with at a restaurant. When I walked in the guy at the counter greeted me "What's up man", that's not how you greet customers. When I asked an employee a question, he just ignored me. I guess you have to be Desi to get decent service, if you aren't, you'll get ignored.
