Came here this morning for the breakfast with Santa and was very disappointed. The idea was sweet, but it felt like a major let down that they would charge $60 per person for the experience we got. Upon arrival, we were told there was orange juice, coffee, and water included. All self served. Santa was sitting on a couch in the corner not speaking at all which made it incredibly awkward, and he seemed a bit grumpy. The breakfast consisted of powdered eggs (the type they serve at the free breakfast in hotels or at schools) with cheese, cold breakfast potatoes, sausage, French toast sticks, and pancakes (all of which tasted like they came frozen in a box bought at the local grocery store and were served at room temp or cold, and definitely was NOT worth the $60 paid per person), and bacon. The bacon was fine. There was only one other family present who had to send the food back multiple times to have it heated up because it was served cold. You had to pay extra for lattes. So I guess our $60 per person was used to pay for the grumpy Santa for a couple hours. I love the clothes and the tea they serve, and vibes in the store and actual restaurant are fine! I just feel like this breakfast with Santa was a complete rip off and we left feeling disappointed and duped out of nearly $200 that could’ve been spent on going out to get good breakfast and just meeting Santa at the mall who seemed way more friendly. I wish they hadn’t bothered with having a breakfast with Santa if they knew this was all they would be able to muster up. The server was nice and didn’t do anything wrong. She was the only thing I enjoyed about the experience.

Honestly, such a fun experience! The food and tea was delicious, the presentation was even better, and the shopping selection was absolutely adorable. I loved the overall vibe, and the manager was very kind and welcoming. The only downside was that our server seemed to forget about us a few times, and we ended up having to go ask for the check after waiting quite a while. Still, I’d definitely come back. The atmosphere and food made it worth it!

I tried to dine here with my 2-year-old but was turned away at the door for not having a reservation. After leaving, I checked OpenTable and saw multiple available reservations every 15 minutes following the time we arrived. There were only about five tables seated in the entire restaurant, so it was disappointing to be refused service when there was clearly availability.

The ambience used to be so much fun and I was a little disappointed this time. I would say that the service wasn't great.

Afternoon tea was served with bringing hot water and tea bag, had to ask for additional bags and to be "Afternoon Tea" it should be in a pot for the tea to steep. The desserts were mini muffins like I buy at Walmart and macarons. Cake, pastries or petit fours would be more aligned with an afternoon tea. The children's tea did come with tiara, gloves and pearls, however waiter forgot to provide until I asked about them. I wouldn't recommend for the cost their Afternoon Tea, I did not try the other items to be able to moment on them.

The ambiance, layout and format of the menu were adorable. Very well thought out. Cocktails were thoughtful and attractive. However, I expected the tea to be loose leaf if you have a separate specialty menu for it. The food itself was uninspired and flavorless. We all wanted to love it but found each meal lacking.

Sadly not a great experience. We came here last year and had lunch. Food was good, cute ambience but this time we tried the classic tea. Sandwiches were dry, devil eggs were flavorless and pastries were just store bought like Kroger quality. This was at a price of $30 per person. Tea service is not traditional with loose tea! I never complain but did ask for discount. We should have sent back immediately versus eating any of it. If you try it, go for menu items and skip tea!

Super cute atmosphere, cool finds, and good food! The menu is healthy and so good, especially love the kale salad and turkey brie sandwich. Came with my sister, but can't wait to come back with my girlfriends from out of town.

The food tasted good and the hibiscus tea was nice. It’s not as fancy as other high tea places. I didn’t care for the blueberry muffins -seemed like grocery store quality, Service was excellent. It was in a cute boutique.

The food was good. Our server seemed quite rushed, even though they weren't even that busy. The manager was just sitting around and wasn't super on top of it. They were also having an interview in the middle of the restaurant. But the place was quite cute. However, it's in a store. Overall an ok experience.
