It's a cute place. The food is excellent lots of good choices. Great lattes and coffees and teas along with other beverages. The service is always very, very good .
Always a pleasurable experience for a lovely quiet lunch with delicious food and beverages. One note: I had taken my granddaughters there for tea service this past Christmas and when they visited me recently, they recalled the wonderfully presented hot chocolate and the pearls and gloves they were given. Clearly a memorable experience for them as well as for the business teams I have taken there.

LOVE THE HAT BAR!!!!!
Overall the place was very cute but the actual food itself was disappointing. I ordered the classic tea service and the presentation was great but the tea came with no sugar or cream, the muffins and macaroons tasted store bought, the deviled eggs really didn't have any flavor except for the hot sauce they put on top of it, the cucumber and pimento cheese sandwiches were good but the chicken salad one was lacking in flavor and was a little dry, same with the egg salad sandwich.. it was just too dry with not much flavor. It was fun to try but I probably wouldn't come back
If you get the turkey and Brie asked for it warmed up - so strange that it wasn't, but it was dang good! Always get the macaroons 😍
Very chic, if you want to chill and just get a light bite with friends while in the area this might be a place for you to check out. If you want to kill some time in the city.
Me and my girlfriends visited this store, we dined in their alfresco area. Nothing special with the food so don't expect it to be top notch. You are difinately paying for the vibe. And for the space you sit while enjoying the view. If city view is to your liking.
6 of us went for Mother’s Day brunch. I had never been in the store but my wife and daughters had. I see why people like the store. Even though it appears to cater to women I thought it was pretty cool. We won’t go back to eat there. They weren’t very busy and we were seated outside which was great because of the nice weather. The service was terrible! It took a long time for them to acknowledge us. The server was nice enough but not very motivated.
My daughter and I ordered the chicken and goat cheese sandwich on gluten free bread ($2 upcharge). They forgot the chicken! I am kidding but pretty close. My daughter only took bites where there was some type of filling and therefore had basically a full piece bread left. Mine was the same. Good flavor but both of us went home and ate another meal. I am not kidding. The sandwiches come with a little bowl of chips.
When they brought the food out we requested silverware since we hadn’t received any. We waited and waited. Eventually one of us got up and went inside to ask for silverware again.
Lastly, they did an automatic gratuity of 20% which is fine but when I saw that I said to my wife “Ah, now it all makes sense.”
I have been to this restaurant three times now. The first time was with my daughter and niece. They Loved it. The second time with friends after an event at the Star. Both times were very good food and experience. This last time was my choice for my Mother's Day with my children and husband. Good was great. We had an online reservation for the patio. It was late afternoon and the lunch rush seemed to be dying down. It took a while for someone to acknowledge us from the host stand. Then after we were sat and brought water I honestly believe they forgot about us on the patio. I had to go inside after waiting to ask for someone to take our order. The waitress said there was some confusion on who was going to be our server. I wish we would have had a slightly better serving experience but overall everything else was good. It was a beautiful day to sit on the patio as well.
I'm sure they have some nice food options and probably even better seating arrangements but we were sat next to some dressing rooms where I watched ladies try on clothes for the duration of my Mother's Day experience. We ordered the celebration full tea service and the one thing it didn't come with was Tea. When they said they were out of three of the six flavors available.. They brought us tea packets that I had at home. We were not given sugars or honey or even a spoon to stir with. What an absolute racket to say that this was a full Tea experience. This was the furthest thing from it. The service was absolutely atrocious. The atmosphere was tragic, and I will not be returning to this location again.
Restaurantji Recommends
That was an over $12 avocado toast!! The toast was cold and the portion was so so small, but it cost over $12. Service and environment are good, but probably not consider coming back for food.
The food was great and service pretty good. I was not expecting this place was attached to a clothing store though. It was pretty loud inside and not the quiet tea time experience I had expected.
I love this place! It's so cute, comfortable and uniquely special. I loved having Easter lunch here with my daughter and grandson.
What a cute concept with the boutique and restaurant together. I found a really cute top to buy and my salad was wonderful. The flavored tea was also great. Will definitely go back.
Would not recommend for a tea experience. The bites included were more suited for the taste buds of a small child. Lacking flavor and messily strewn on the platter, sweets melting before they arrived to us. $50 per person, it is worth it to spend the extra $25 and go to a tea room with standards.
