No one ever greeted us at the host stand. Went to The hotel bar had a drink and advised the bartender that no one was there. Went back after our cocktail and still not a sole in sight. We left. Had dinner elsewhere. Very crappy a Westin would not even be staffed to seat us. Won't try them again.

Very nice friendly welcome. The breakfast is delicious and BIG. Service at restaurant by Raul, Emiliano, Ruth, Ester and Genesis makes you feel welcome. Good service without being intrusive. Relaxing outside view with big windows. Friendly team with a positive attitude. Free self parking. We are staying 4 nights leaving tomorrow and have had a great experience here during an unusual snowstorm. The room service dinner is also good although missed some things that they gladly go back for. Well located for major highways access and also for Plano and Frisco.

We booked the Winter Igloo experience for New Year's Eve, and it was wonderful! We had s'mores and cocktails, and my daughter had the Gingerbread hot cocoa. We loved the decor and music, and our server was super attentive! I hope they do this again next season

My group of four had a fantastic time at The Westin Snowbriar: Snowglobe Experience. We've been to several of these, and the value was fantastic. Additionally, it was quiet and lovely having the patio to ourselves. Will definitely look to book it again for next year!

The snow globe experience was so simple but so amazing. Perfect for a date night. They even went above and beyond and catered the main dishes to us being vegan and vegetarian. The dessert was not able to be changed for our dietary needs but it was still a great night. Loved it!
This place is very good when the buffet option is available. However is they are the slightest bit busy and the buffet is closed, stay away! There is an obvious disconnect between the kitchen and wait staff.

We had a dinner reservation but the property had decided to close the restaurant for the night due to a slow night. No cancellation was sent for our reservation. We were seated at Bean & Barrel seating area, the bar on the property. We should have just left but decided to give it a chance. That turned out to be a big mistake. Although we ordered from Herd and Hearth menu, the food was horrible. We ordered mushroom ravioli that turned to be very runny and risotto that looks like porridge. The crab cake seems like the frozen ones you get from the store. The server was kind enough to offer us different dish but we were already turned off. We barely ate our food and ate the kids food instead which was surprisingly okay compared to the quality of our food. But then again, it's hard to screw up making fries and burger. One thing to add, servers are kind but it seems the place was short staffed. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Never again. No one greeted us. I had to go find someone at the bar who basically just said someone should be over there soon. There was one waiter who eventually came over to help. She was nice...not overly, she did the job. Also, the menu does not match what is on the website or on OpenTable. The waiter advised that it changes slightly and they do not update the website. The food was very basic, nothing to write home about...additional seasoning needed. Zero flavor.
