Highland Noodle is one of my favorite places to eat on a cold day! Their pulled noodles are absolutely the best!

Tried Highland Noodle in Frisco and it was great. The broth was flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely a solid spot for a casual meal.

The food was very good. I usually use Turnip Cake to judge the quality of Dim Sim. It passed my test. They are good and deserve better rating.

I absolutely loved this place! I ordered the beef wide noodle dry pot, and it was out of this world. The flavor was amazing, the portions were honestly huge (definitely enough for 2-3 people) and you can taste the freshness in the noodles.
I also tried the char siu buns, which were amazing. The dough was incredibly soft, fluffy, and moist, and the filling had that perfect balance of sweet and savory. Highly recommend if you're looking for great comfort food!

i ordered the braised beef noodle soup and it was delicious!! we were seated immediately when we arrived, and the food also came pretty quickly as well. would definitely recommend, i’ll be back!

Lanzhou Hand Pulled Noodle is an absolute gem! Their lunch special is super affordable and such a great value. It comes with side dishes, and we picked the tea egg, extra meat, cucumber salad, and chili shredded potato salad — everything was delicious.

The noodles were perfectly chewy, the broth was rich, and the sides complemented the meal so well. Friendly service and fast, too. Definitely one of my new favorite lunch spots! Highly recommend.

Decent chinese shop all things considered. Dim sum is a bit on the pricey side but the noodles are handmade and have great texture. Service is extremely slow though
