Highland Noodles 金城兰州拉面

Wanted some noodles since it was cold out. Ordered the handpulled noodles with beef. The broth was clear and not very savory. Very little meat flavor. The slices of meat was on the lighter side and i did not enjoy the taste or the texture of the meat. They were generous with the noodles and it was cooked well. The chicken wings was larger in quantity but the wings themselves were very small. Must have been skinny chickens that dont fly much. The taste was fine, would have liked it a little bit spicier and saltier.

The noodles were really good. Unfortunately I only got a taste of my guys . You need to order online my order didn't go through so I was out of luck. At that point I choose not to reordered being he was almost done with his. Funny thing they want you to tip for you doing the work. The guy we flagged down to ask about the process was great. Still very hungry!

This place has great service and the interior looks great. The is a little on the higher end of the price category but the food overall is pretty good. I like the oily noodles

the food was amazing AND they gave us a free chocolate cake + a gift in the spirit of christmas. i thought they would ask for a review or something at the end of it all but no they just did it out of the kindness of their heart. Back to the food though, it was great: the noodles were chewy and fresh and the dumplings were amazing.

It was my first time here and can’t wait to go back to try their other menu items! The portions were very large and great for sharing. Kudos to the great service! If you’re looking for hand pulled noodles and authentic Szechuan, check this place out.
