Five-star experience all around! The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and everything came out exactly how we wanted it. But the real highlight was our waitress, Bama, she was absolutely five-star herself. She was friendly, attentive, and had an amazing recommendation that we ended up loving. She made the whole experience better and truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be seated with Bama again!

With all the recent ownership changes I thought I would give them a try again! The holiday Old Fashioned was way to sweet, the Buffalo sauce was NOT Buffalo sauce (they made it creamy) the sandwich was served with an over ripe tomato and when I pointed these out to the waitress she apologized and offered ZERO correction! Ultimately she was more concerned with talking to regulars at the bar!

Great waitress, good wings, extra breading is a must.
The absolute WORST customer service EVER! I had a very unpleasant waitress named Jordan. Her energy was very bland. My husband and I went watch the game and hangout but we left soon after eating because we were so uncomfortable. The wings were very dry, we were charged for extra sauce 😅 I’ve NEVER had to order extra sauce for hooters wings. Customers service jobs just aren’t for everyone.
I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan during my visit. I have to say she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire visit. Ryan had the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. She made great menu suggestions and checked in just the right amount to make sure I had everything I needed. Her positive energy and warm attitude made the whole experience even better.

The comment below is lies I sat right behind them. T why was an excellent server to them. She was attentive to them. And they expressed no issue. Even the manager came over there and asked if everything was good and they said yes. The comment below is an example of someone who came in with an certain agenda and now acting out of emotions because they didn’t get what they want because if you really had an issue why you didn’t express that with the manager when she was at your table @Joesph Mendoza. And to say that she was flirting with a married woman in the back is an insane assumption especially if you never left your table nor can see in the back.

Terrible service, my server was absent the whole time and I had to grab other employees. She then overcharged my ticket and charged me for the wrong stuff and added a drink to my ticket. When I called her out she had an attitude about it. Avoid the server “t why” because she will just be in the back flirting with what I assume was a manger, gave terrible service and then had an attitude when she did her job wrong. There is a reason no one goes to Hooters anymore.
