Hot Shots is a top-notch company! Excellent communication and customer service. They did both a coffee cart and a Mocktail cart during my recent Dallas event and I could not have been more pleased!! The logo'd coffee topper was a huge hit, and the mocktails were delicious. Dave was a wonderful "barista" and my attendees loved him. I highly recommend using this company to upscale your events in Dallas!!

When we went to the Hot Shots tasting, we were so excited for them to be one of our vendors at our wedding. When the day came, all expectations we had for Hot Shots were exceeded. Chris was very easy to work with, delivered 2 mobile coffee carts for a large corporate event at SWA. Custom logo was a huge hit. Was on time and professional. Everyone enjoyed it. Great idea for a large AM conference or style of wvent. Only issues I felt were sometimes a lag in response time by email. Wish there was a pdf of all the plug in requirements, a checklist of what was needed on our end. Needing a certain format for logos, no biggie but could've been done sooner. Made it kind of last minute. I would definitely work with them again.
