Stopped in for the first time today. The person at the counter was so sweet and took the time to recommend her favorites. Super friendly. Donuts were very tasty and so unique. Totally recommend. The Caramel Apple was delicious!

Hurts Doughnuts had some good flavor overall, and their variety was fun to try. However, the doughnuts themselves were really heavy and dense — not the light, fluffy texture I was hoping for. They’re filling, but they just didn’t have that perfect doughnut consistency. Still worth trying once for the flavors and creativity, but will not be my go to doughnut place. Still on the look though.
We went in for an order on a 2nd party app and the place was awesome. The service was amazing and the donuts were spectacular!!!

Mehh.
After having warm donuts made to order in the north east all of theirs are underwhelming. German chocolate was serviceable.

This is the best donut shop in Frisco for quality, selection, and size. If you're looking for delicious donuts and willing to pay a premium for them, this is the place to go. Be sure to try the apple fritters. The staff is friendly and the dining area is cleaner than their competitors. Plenty of free parking. And they're open 24/7. Highly recommend.

The best doughnuts in Frisco
Yesterday was the first time trying. The donuts were dry and the lady was rushing us. My son was trying to order she interrupted us and kept asking how many donuts in total. Please give customers enough time because you guys have variety and we were not coming into a store with exactly total number of donuts. Have better customer service and no need to keep asking how many in total every 30 seconds 🙄

OMG! 24/7 donut shop?!? What?!?! We were craving donuts and drove 30min for this joint. Absolutely worth the drive! So tasty! Homemade and all were made same day by the baker, Annabelle. We will definitely be back. If you are craving something sweet, make the drive! It's worth it!

The donuts were amazing . Although the Indian lady behind the counter was not friendly neither cooperative . She was super slow and had no clue about their products . She had a long face as if she was doing a favor to us .

I have not been here…..yet! But I can’t not tell you how happy my inner child was to see a Hurts Donut! However I have failed as a mom because my kids have never heard of “Do you want a hurts donut?!”
The cinnamon rolls are to die for!!! Huge and so delicious! Not something I'll be having often, but glad to know where I can get a good one when I am craving one. Oh, the donuts are great too. Bonus that they are open late!

Got a HOMER at Hurts—cashier seemed off. Bit in: DRY, STALE, AIRPORT‑TIER SADNESS. Tipped anyway… but YIKES. Gonna think REAL hard before I ever go back!
