I was finally able to catch the gluten free donuts last night after work because they only have them available on Mondays and Tuesdays. OMG, this is a delicious gluten free donut. The only problem I have is the price. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling the gluten free donuts at $5 a donut. I think it's just another business taking advantage of the area in which the business is located. The gluten free ingredients are not so expensive to where you would have to sell a SINGLE donut for $5! This is a really steep sweet treat. Ridiculously expensive! geez.

I first had Hurts in Branson MO. It was delicious! And The service was great. Not today. I remembered there was a store in Frisco, so I left work and went straight over. The store was deserted, so I took that time to choose a couple of donuts. Two more people entered and still no greeting from anyone. Finally a woman comes from the back and looks confused, as if she wasn’t expecting company. She didn’t offer any apology nor a greeting. I ordered my donuts anyway, I should’ve left because there was no greeting and I felt like I was intruding. As I neared the door she greeted the man behind me.. maybe he was more important. Both donuts were old and dry, not at all worth what I paid. Lesson learned.

Donuts were expensive but worth every penny. Staff is awesome too. I can't believe how patient they are while people try to decide which delicious donut they are going to pick.

Part of the attraction to this place is that advertises on their front window, "Open 25 hours a day/ 8 days a week." Essentially saying they're always open... well this is the second time I've come craving a late-night snack to find the "open" sign turned off and the door locked.I'm becoming less and less of a fan.

Honestly pretty disappointed with this place. Bought 3 donuts and they came out to $9. Ok...price was honestly crazy for what it was, but figured it'd be worth it for some good donuts. They made for nice photos kinda, but that's about it. I kid you not, the donuts had to be AT LEAST 3 days old. You know an old, stale donut when you taste one. And all 3 wanted nothing to do with freshness whatsoever. One donut we got had Cap'n Crunch on it and they were stale, chewy, and got stuck to my teeth..like WHAT??? Lol. Couldn't stand the thought of wasting food, so I tried to force myself to eat them. My wife immediately snatched them away from me and threw them in the trash, insisting I don't waste my calories on them I'm giving 2 stars since the shop was nice and they had a vast selection. But if the donuts are , what does it matter?

Donuts were NOT FRESH at all. Donuts tasted stale. Bought them at around 10 am and you would think that the donuts would atleast taste decent for the price and presentation. Would not return again. We have been to too many donut places and this was surely disappointing.
