The young Asian male worker needs to work on his greetings skills , making a customer feel welcome and wanted. He was not very knowledgeable when asked about items in store and online.
When my wife said she was ordering a new meal prep service, I was stoked. We got ICON delivered and had our first meal, which looked less impressive than a frozen TV dinner you get at your local grocery store. We ate the food, the meat was chewy and had zero flavor. Two days later what do you know? My wife and I are bought getting thoroughly cleaned out, wife has a 101 fever and both feel weak. We tried emailing ICON about this and they had nothing to say. This place really fell off since COVID. I recently went to pick up some meals at this location and the options were very limited, close to expiration date, and higher in pricing. I went on the 20th (correction, I was there Sunday the 21st) and they only had meals that expired on the 24th and 25th. They used to go out longer and they used to offer discounts for meals that were about to expire, not anymore. One of the meals already has air in it (as it not fully vacuumed/ sealed)....read full review
