I visited this IHOP location and had a very disappointing experience. We weren’t greeted when we arrived, and even after being seated for 20–30 minutes, no one came to offer water or take our order. Meanwhile, several other guests who arrived after us were served right away. The difference in treatment felt extremely obvious. Because of this, I would not return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Definitely not the best place to start your morning. We were given dirty silverware and cold chicken. It took 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and another 30 minutes just to get the check despite the restaurant only having a few occupied tables. The staff felt unfriendly, the space wasn’t clean, and even the pancakes were poorly served. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

As normal is take long time to be seated. What was abnormal is that there where several workers and it took a long time to be seated. The kitchen time was fast than normal this time. The server was great. I think that I may have gotten there at shift change and that is was the severs started to dramatically improve.

The service was excellent; the staff were very kind and attentive. The food took a bit of time, but it was fine since we were enjoying time with family. The table was clean and well-maintained.
However, water was only served after we requested it. The only real issue was the banana slices—they were overly ripe and dark in the center. Aside from that, everything else was good.
The worst do not come here. I said quietly, while others were seated. I was making a to go order. The manager walked up to me asking me if I was now ready to order. I told him I have been waiting and he stated the waitress came up to ask me for my order which she did not. I told him she did not then he want to argue with me. I would know if I was helped or not. Rude service and not clean would not recommend.

There were very few customers when I was there. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. My glass was never empty. They were much faster than most of the ihops I've been to. Maybe just because it was a slow time, but I waited 15 min tops for my food after ordering. Perfect for someone that was on a time crunch to get to work on time.
