Came in around 8:30am, 12/11/2025 with my little girl. Atmosphere was very off. We sat at the South West of the restaurant(orientation from front door a looking at the building) Waitress gave a look, is the best why to describe it. She was very unsociable with noticable tone drops.

I Would not recommend blacks visit this location.

Came here super late and still had a good experience. The waiter was very good and attentive. The quesadillas didn’t have much flavor but the jalapeños helped. The place was poppin surprisingly at around 3am and they still handled everything well.

We came in at midnight to celebrate our son turning 10. Our waiter, John, went above and beyond, i mean i have never seen such amazing service! I.mean blown away! Thank you so much, highly highly recommend! Midnight birthday celebration! They gave him a free cake, song, hot chocolate, 2 free kid meals, and 2 free ice creams, one for his little brother and sister! Amazing, thank you! And thank you to the sweet strangers thatt came to sing for him, they were here eating and decided to come help make his birthday even more special!😮🙏🥹🥳❤️🎁✨ IHOP
Visited for Dinner and had a amazing experience. Service is very good and faster. Atmosphere is very silent and smooth with good music. Ordered couple of items and all of them are delicious and very good. Maintained Restaurant very neat and clean. Highly Recommend Server Martin J, he is very friendly and helpful, Must appreciate him for it. Hope will come back soon.

Finally got seated!!! Place was empty!!! Every employee was speaking Spanish!!! Ordered coffee!!! The whole time I was there I got three refills!!! Took forever to get our food!!! It wasn’t even warm!!! Brought out the wrong order twice!!! Took three times to get what we ordered!!! The third time I made them use a pen and paper and they finally got it right!!! Orange juice was warm!!! Fifty dollars!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had here!!! Been eating here over twenty years with my parents!!! Place definitely needs some type of attention from corporate management!!! Going downhill in a graveyard spin!!! SO SAD!!! 😭😭 Used to be so much better for the whole family for anytime of the day!!! JJJ Need to get people who understand English and know the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
