This is the third and last time my son and I go, they take a long time to serve us, the portions are very small compared to other places, and today we went I asked the waitress that my side would be a pancake with the omelet and she brought me another omelet and 2 small crepes, when she brought me the tablet to pay she automatically put the 20% tip. and I left it like that, even though she did not give me good service, I paid and when we asked her (Natali G.)why she charged the crepes as a full plate and also that she gave me another omelet and I did not want to be rude since I saw that they had a lot of people who were poorly served and she could not, she raised her voice saying that she is never wrong and that is what I had ordered. Very bad girl and bad place that could be better.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I waited 20 minutes for a server and then sat another 30 minutes waiting on food that never came. Other patrons all complaining about how long their orders are taking. Another customer arrived to pick up his online order that and he was told “we don’t see anything for you.” He pulled out his phone to show them and they started on his order. I just got up and left. They really need to do better. Complete waist of my time.

Takeina was amazing! Her friendly confidence makes you feel comfortable and confident you will be taken care of! I’m a difficult person sometimes to wait on bc of diet restrictions. She didn’t make me feel dumb for asking if a substitution was possible and eagerly showed her trainee Mark how to deal with ppl like me. LOL The food came out almost perfect and when my eggs weren’t cooked correctly she swiftly fixed it and my other food never got cold. Props to the kitchen for kicking it out and supporting this great server. IHOP is lucky to have an obviously seasoned Professional Server. Keep up being awesome Takeina and Mark, you are doing great! 🥰

Terrible Terrible service. We were never seated by a waitress she told us to just grab a table. There weren’t any occupier tables just a bunch of empty tables full of plates. There was atleast 5 employees running around doing nothing hiding in the kitchen to avoid doing anything. No one took our order until atleast 25 minutes passed and we never got our food they weren’t doing anything. It was terrible. I don’t understand how this can even happen because we were litterally the only table they had. Awful service…

The waiting time for the food was ridiculous. Be ready for at least more than half hour minimum for your food to get to you. The restaurant not even packed.

The first offense was the urine smell that greated me at the door. The restroom is right at the entrance and the order snacks you in the face. My pancake was scorched, my bacon was half cooked and my eggs were not softly scrambled as I ordered. The best part about this visit was the young lady who took my takeout order, she was knowledgeable, attentive and her spirit of hospitality was welcoming.

Came here this weekend and was not pleased! The manager either the dentures in her mouth was rude seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Of course you can tell they were busy! But she was just slamming plates on tables and running away without speaking or anything. This place has went downhill since this new manager for sure.

Okay, the service was great, but the food not so... I got pancakes and hash browns, and the food was good at first, but as soon as I finished my stomach started to hurt, I didn't think anything of it, and I just thought that I was full. But as the day went on at school, I felt nauseous. Let's just say I didn't eat much the rest of the day and probably never going back to this Ihop.
Food gets 2 stars for being cooked, other than that, not impressive at all. Service is less than minimum, took over 30min to get our meals. Atmosphere matches the 1 star. I do not recommend this location, go to Chikfila or any other place for breakfast.
