After a 25 minute wait to even get our drinks, food was ok, but not all of it. Cup of fruit came with the heart of the pineapple, harder to bite than metal. Grapes where older the my grandma and rotted.
Gravy was cold, but thankfully the eggs were ok.
1 star for service because they tried to do what they could. Leadership needs improvement

I would give 0 stars for the service, worst experience ever, they forget everything we have to keep asking them. Food was very below average but they charge you like a high end restaurant.

I just had the worst ihop experience of my life. we arrived at 11:30 am and our order wasn’t taken until 12:15. we were told a 15 minute wait bc the kitchen was backed up…which is usually no problem. but 45 minutes is ridiculous. on Top of our waitress forgetting things like creamer for coffee. even straws. so we couldn’t even enjoy our beverages while we waited.
with our wait time being so long we thought it would be appropriate to ask for kids juice refills since they sat for so long without food. she couldn’t even accommodate. seems like a small task for making us wait so long and forgetting simple things like straws and creamer for cold coffee.

We went here for our family’s Christmas Eve tradition and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. After an hour and a half, we had only half our food and half our drinks. When we asked about the rest, they said to just go ahead and leave because it would be a while. My husband stayed to eat his food and to try and pay the bill. After another 45 minutes and repeated requests to pay, he finally left too. No apologies. No attempts at customer service. Shockingly bad. Do not go here.

Horrible experience for the 2nd time. This will be my last time visiting this location. All the food for 5 people including eggs and pancakes were cold. When asked, my pancakes were re-warmed in the microwave. I asked for crispy bacon and harsh brown but my request was ignored. Worst of all, the waitress was oblivious to this. Thinking about our experience makes me angry. Never again.

The service was good, but the food was subpar. I ordered a melt, but it was more like toasted bread with the ingredients inside the sandwich. I washed onion rings, but they were out, so I got the fries that were good.

The cook definitely lied on their resume because how do you mess up pancakes?! We couldn’t even enjoy our food because most of it was either over cooked or under cooked. I had also ordered mexican tres leches pancakes, and I should’ve checked my to go order before I left because they ended up just being regular pancakes. I should call my bank and dispute the transactions since I didn’t get what I paid for. 0/5 stars if I could.

Waited over 30 minutes to get seated and another 45 after we ordered for the waiter to tell us it would be another 30 minutes for our food due to short staff. Unfortunately we didn’t think it was worth the wait and left. The restaurant was half empty. Very disappointed with the experience here. Our waiter was polite though.

Very disappointed in this iHop tonight. Walked in, saw a person working but they did not acknowledge our existence, and they passed by us three times while they were cleaning a table. We saw several groups of people with menus, and a customer went over to the utensils to grab them for their table and others. Finally a man who has been sitting there before we entered walked over to the kitchen asking if someone was going to go out and take their order. We decided to leave after that.

I ordered the Breakfast Sampler earlier this morning to go, but when I checked my food, I noticed that all the meat was overcooked and burned. I had to drive back to this restaurant to get my order remade. I took 2 stars away for the inconvenience. My advice? Always check your togo orders before leaving!!

This has got to be the worst experience at an IHop I’ve ever had. I was seated promptly. The waitress was very nice but by the time I got my food it was dry and had to be remade. The quality was STILL poor. The pancakes were very thin and very limited amount of food. Quite shocking. Other staff was checking on me as they noticed I had been seated for some time. The kitchen staff was loudly using profanity. There were a group of teenagers behind me that were cursing, loud talking and banging on the tables. This is what happens when teenagers are the kitchen and wait staff with clearly limited or poor management. I still left a few dollars for a tip but you couldn’t pay me to return.

We have come to this locations 4 separate times since moving here in hopes that it would be different the next time we go. Unfortunately that isn’t the case. This location is constantly filthy and understaffed. The servers that are there half the time seem like they don’t want to be there. The tables are always sticky and the floors are absolutely disgusting.
