This is a great place to sit down and just breathe and take it all in. The food is good and the staff know what they are doing.

Good food...but kind of empty during a Friday happy hour...nice people and customers.

Visiting from out of state. Stopped in on Thursday evening. I was surprised that the restuarant was empty and just a few full tables full in the bar. Service was very attentive! Loved the FCS Championship welcome banners. Food was pretty standard. It was good but not mind blowing. I had a burger with chili on the burger. Honestly, hoping for more chili to drip down my hand while eating! Fries were crispy. Dad had a double burger and side salad (pictured] Beers were priced average to a little above average. Had a porter for $6.50 a pint. Overall, it was a good experience. Will stop by again if I'm back in Texas!

Had an excellent grilled salmon with crispy skin. One of the best I've tasted. Not sure why but the place isn't real busy. I think its because the original place Irish Rover was closed for a while. I think this is new management. Same decor. Food and service was great!

Great food and atmosphere. We went pretty late in the day and were able to ask them to change the channel to another sports channel. We really enjoyed the reuben eggrolls and the loaded nachos.

We chose The Rover as our official game watch site for The Ohio State Buckeyes, because they are great to work with! Good food, good service and a fun place to be to watch football!

The food was great and so was the service. It's very clean. The only thing I would change is the lighting. It's too bright for a bar. The lights need to be a little softer to make it more cozy. We'll definitely be back!

This is a great spot for good food, watching a game or spending family time. We love the atmosphere and go here as often as we can. I would highly recommend it!

I've been going to this place for a while now. I do not have any complaints. The service is always good and the food is always fresh. Just recently they have remodeled and it is very clean inside. The rover nuts are AWESOME.

I felt like I need to review this place because the 1 star status is WAY off. I remember this place back in the day it was so poppin I couldnt even walk in here it was so crowded. We used to host our fantasy football drafts here and I've pulled plenty of tail out of here in my day... gettin in fights, ubers, all that good s**** I moved away since then so I had no idea what happened to this place. I started working in the area recently and have been coming back here for lunch and it's been great. I feel like maybe everything moved North and The Star popped up etc so it kinda got lost in the new expanding areas mix up. But make no mistake, The Irish Rover still lives even if they changed the name for the sake of you punks. I am not sure about the evenings but I have been coming here for lunches during the day and dig it. Plus, I gotta say I would like to think I am a good judge on burgers being that I've had them all over and their burger is up there man. I'm not sure what they are doing back there but I come back for this burger atleast twice a week. Everything is fresh and the meat is cooked proper. They give you all the fixins and they have Tabasco and Cholula for ya. I've seen good bars/grills fall victim to expansion but this should not be one of them. I'm up in there with a few other guys who are coming there for lunch just like me. I feel like we are taking advantage of the situation like the new Rover Grill is a best kept secret now. We're up there and we have all the TVs to ourselves, the food is awesome and the bar keep, Dallas, is cute as a button and so sweet. She's always on top of things and the good service, food and fresh beverages are why we all keep coming back for lunch. There are a few suits and other people in there on their lunches but I feel like it deserves more. People should know about it. You can go to all these fruity bars around the area and spend an a** load of money or you can come to the Rover where it's a real bar/grill like it's supposed to be.

Stopped in the watch the Ohio State game today 10/20/18. Lots of seating. Server brought water and menus. That was the last time we saw her... 20 minutes later we walked out. Here she comes. I told her 'Thanks for no service' and she said that one of the other servers told her she got our table. Big lie. We tried to get the attention of 2 other servers because ours was MIA, but they also ignored us. We will never go back again.

Bring back the Wednesday Crown & Down, please. Or just Crown, don't really need the down. Staff is very nice.
