Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I hadn't eaten anything different than the rest of my family in two days other than when I stopped at this Jack in the box on Monday, I spent Monday night/Tuesday vomiting. No one else in my home is sick. Probably won't be eating Jack in the box for a while. 🤢
Whoever is responsible for this jack-in-the-box needs to be aware of there establishment and the lack of efficiency/service they are delivering. I went for my lunch break and had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, they messed up my coffee, and charged me for French toast sticks I didn’t even receive because they wanted me to wait in the parking lot when I’m already late to work! Absolutely unacceptable and they have officially lost my business! Customer beware!

Ordered Sourdough Jack for dine in. Bread wasn't toasted and Patty was luke warm. Really disappointing.

Very early breakfast. Didn’t get the order right from the start at the drive through speaker. Had to repeat myself multiple times. The screen was correct pulling through, then they gave the wrong food. Food given was horrible as well as not cooked well.

When I place an online order for drive-thru, it means I am short on time. I am not driving back again if you missed putting the sauces, even when "I paid for them." I guess you know it and choose to rob customers for a few cents.
Food was great and the service excellent, however the place was dirty (food and trash on the floor).

Visited at night. Asked if French toast sticks were just for breakfast or if I could order them. I was told I could order them. Confirmed amount of French toast sticks. Continued with order.
Paid, left, checked order and saw there were no French toast sticks. Went to check receipt, saw there wasn’t one anywhere.
Went back and was told I never ordered them instead of being told order would be corrected or an apology for my order being messed up.
Paid more for French toast sticks. Rest of food was cold by the time I got the French toast sticks.
I would have given the benefit of the doubt that maybe I forgot to order French toast sticks, but I asked if they were available, was told yes, confirmed how many I wanted.
Oh, I also have a dash cam so I have a recording showing that I did indeed ask for French toast sticks.
But I was lied to, told I never ordered them instead of them correcting their mistake.
I also could have paid for them twice, maybe they do this on purpose.
They should give customers receipts and just correct their mistakes instead of lie.
Bought Muchies with cluck chicken. The chicken is too hard

Holy crap! Don’t go here. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru and I still had to wait on the curb for food. Person working the drive thru didn’t understand, number 11… so you had to order at the window. Then at the window he still couldn’t understand what I was saying. He barely understood bits and pieces of my order. I had to repeat it 4 or 5 times. Then I had to just wait out front for the food even longer. Worst drive through experience ever. 1130 at night, so your mileage may vary.
