waited in the drive through for, im not kidding, 20 minutes before I even got spoken to. the person speaking was quiet and seemed confused..also got my order wrong.

This was my first experience at this location. I went through the drive up and waited in line for over 10 minutes just to order at the menu and then waited another 5 minutes for the associate to try and give me the wrong order. There were only 2 other cars in the drive up and no one in the lobby.
After I received my food the fries were cold and hard and the tacos were soggy. I will not be going back.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I hadn't eaten anything different than the rest of my family in two days other than when I stopped at this Jack in the box on Monday, I spent Monday night/Tuesday vomiting. No one else in my home is sick. Probably won't be eating Jack in the box for a while. 🤢

Whoever is responsible for this jack-in-the-box needs to be aware of there establishment and the lack of efficiency/service they are delivering. I went for my lunch break and had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, they messed up my coffee, and charged me for French toast sticks I didn’t even receive because they wanted me to wait in the parking lot when I’m already late to work! Absolutely unacceptable and they have officially lost my business! Customer beware!
