This was my first experience at this location. I went through the drive up and waited in line for over 10 minutes just to order at the menu and then waited another 5 minutes for the associate to try and give me the wrong order. There were only 2 other cars in the drive up and no one in the lobby. After I received my food the fries were cold and hard and the tacos were soggy. I will not be going back.

It took a long time not at all friendly personal three people in front of me for more than 10 minutes waiting for order The place is a little dirty to me and smelled like pop.
Nice clean fast food restaurant with drive thru option and mobile order pickup possible. Staff is nice and food being served warm.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I hadn't eaten anything different than the rest of my family in two days other than when I stopped at this Jack in the box on Monday, I spent Monday night/Tuesday vomiting. No one else in my home is sick. Probably won't be eating Jack in the box for a while. 🤢

Whoever is responsible for this jack-in-the-box needs to be aware of there establishment and the lack of efficiency/service they are delivering. I went for my lunch break and had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, they messed up my coffee, and charged me for French toast sticks I didn’t even receive because they wanted me to wait in the parking lot when I’m already late to work! Absolutely unacceptable and they have officially lost my business! Customer beware!
