Every time I go here the food is hot and fresh. The employees are always nice and my order is always ready and correct. I love this Jack in the Box. This is the only location I go to. They should be 5 stars!!

Horrible service the lady in the window she have a horrible attitude.
The foreign lady at the window service was very rude and awful ugly attitude and nasty service. She is not very customer service oriented definitely won’t return!!!
The food taste good. But when I ordered onion rings in the app, it showed I would get eight, and they only gave me six. I ordered the cluck, and weighed it just for the heck of it.

2nd time at this location food is fresh and hot ! No complaints. Chicken sandwich was crispy and the bacon was juicy the bun didn’t fall apart! Fries were hot and the drink machine had plenty of ice! The store was cleaned and no mess in the dineing area

I was at the store at 5:34 am today and was told all registers are down and they cannot take orders! I thought this was a 24 hour open store! It is time to shut down this store!

So someone in corporate needs to step in and get this place running properly again.
My experiences over the last month:
1st visit - get my food, but they are literally out of every drink except diet drinks and water. I got the last root beer with one of my orders, so bonus there.
2nd visit - pull into the drive through, only to see a sign that says that due to staffing issues they are only honoring delivery driver orders (ie no ordering directly from the drive through/walk in).
3rd visit - can't order the munchy meals due to missing tacos.
4th visit - decide to get a few tacos with my meal, once again out of tacos.
Like I understand the holidays are busier, but it's still not a valid excuse to constantly be out of supplies and to be understaffed so badly. Either fix it or shut it down. Going to start picking up at the location 30 minutes from home on the drive back due to the inability to guarantee this place will even have the basics.

I went today on 1/2/26.. I asked for 2 jack wraps and the lady was clueless..asking me grilled or crispy with an attitude... I understand we're human , nobody's perfect , but geez

This might be the worst Jack I the Crack of all. Their service is horrendous. I waited 10 minutes, pulled up to the window and was told the headsets weren't working. Then a guy walked up tobthecwi down wearing a headset that asked me if I could pull back around to order, because he was taking the persons order behind us. This isn't the 1st or 2nd time this has happened, so we left. Food is fine, but service is abysmal. Enter at your own risk.
They should open a Golden Chick in its place. That would be better.

The random employees were not giving me mayonnaise no matter how many times I asked they acted like they didn’t know English and I was very polite. I just kept saying I need mayonnaise. I worked jack in the box for many years and I know what I’m talking about there’s no reason to be rude about onion mayo it is the best in town

Ordered 4 tacos through the app. Got the food at the drive through and had the window shut on me before I could ask for taco sauce packets.
All of the tacos were missing sauce.
Am I the only one that remembers when people gave a damn about being good at their jobs?

I've been going here for a while the last two times I came here about a month apart, the most recent being this week. The food is over cooked and we didn't get everything we ordered. Seems like there's new employees or no one is training them. I won't coming back to this location for a while. I hate having to search each bag to make sure I got what I paid for
