I had a 2 for 1 jumbo jack for 5 coupon . I was treated like trash . I sat in line for 30 minutes. Never ever will I go back

Are the hours of operation for this location no longer accurate? I tried to go today at 4:30am to get a breakfast on the way to work only to sit in the line for 10min and then someone came over the speak saying they are closed, despite the neon "open" sign being on when I pulled into the drive-thru and still being on when I pulled out of the drive-thru. I have never heard of Jack in the box not being 24hrs.

Cold food! Don't go thru the drive-thru here if you want to be served correctly. The late night drive thru is unprofessional, rude, and food is not made to order. Overcooked food and only help you if you get off and go to the counter. Be careful late night the drunkards of Frisco hang out here and they almost lynched me. No one ever reached out to me about my complaint, it seems they don't care. Here Jack doesn't listen!
