I started going to this restaurant on my way to work, I would say about six months ago. I had visited a couple of times before that but not really that inept.
I am not easily impressed, however, between these people’s compassion to serve the public and the delivery of the food with the care take, makes a difference. These people don’t want to just serve you; they want to “ Ratatouille” you.. (If you have not seen this movie and you are a foodie, it’s a MUST SEE) They want to see your eyes light up when they bring your food to you and they want to know your name. They want you to be excited and thinking about the item you will get the next time you’re in. All of this because this is their passion.
I have had all multiple item off their menu and without fail, they always have me wanting what I had before but yet wanting to try the next craving. I won’t lie, I have been guilty of reordering a past “fav” and something new for later. Even reheating it has been “chef’s kiss” amazing (including the presentation)!

If you are looking to try a new place that really goes out of their way to make sure you are happily full and your experience is worry free, you need to try this place out. You won’t be sorry.

I was very disappointed with the service at Jam and Toast. We were seated and given our waters, but then our waiter never came back to take our order. We waited about 15-20 minutes before I finally had to get the manager just to place our order. There is a sign that clearly states there is a 90-minute limit per table. That said, I believe our server’s name was Jose, and he made us feel like a complete bother and a waste of his time. He was extremely rude and constantly tried to rush my friends and me out. He came to our table 3–4 times within five-minute intervals telling us to hurry because people were supposedly waiting. No one was waiting, and there were multiple open tables available.
We had only been there for about an hour, meaning we still had 30 minutes left according to their own policy. On top of that, the delay in ordering was not our fault, it was due to the lack of service.
We felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, and rushed for no reason. The service completely ruined the experience, and we will not be returning.

Normally the food here is good but we ordered to go today and we were very disappointed with the food. The hashbrowns were undercooked and the strawberries that were on the package were already bad (see picture) and everything was mediocre at best. Disappointed today.

We love going to jam + toast! The vibe is great, the wait is never too long, the food comes out wicked fast, and the service is amazing. Alex has been our server twice now and we couldn’t have had a better experience!

This place runs like a well-oiled machine, they know what they’re doing. The service is EXCELLENT, the place is clean and the food comes out so fast you can barely start a conversation.

I’ve been going here consistently almost every Sunday for the better part of a year now. All the food (except the sandwich with some sweet raspberry jam or something on it) is very good. Fries are incredible, BLT incredible, Skillets are very good, Turkey club incredible.

Don’t go here because I want it all to myself!

Honestly really surprised this place has such good reviews.

Where is the flavor? Seasoning?? Does it not exist? Hash browns completely tasteless, chicken fried steak was just a fried burger patty with no seasoning, breakfast burrito bland. Even the butter on the toast is unsalted. Yikes.

Don’t waste your time. This is definitely over hyped and underserved.

We have been here several times and enjoy our visit every time. The service is prompt, friendly and the food it yummy as my toddler says. Good service is hard to find now a days and they have it here on top of delicious food. 10/10 recommend.

Very inconsistent quality of food. I've eaten here a handful of times. The experience during the week, when it's slower, has not been great. Stale bread and hash browns that have been sitting on the grill for an extended period of time prior to being served. I usually just order a basic breakfast, eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. For $20, I expect a fresh meal.
