My drink came out fresh, cold, and blended perfectly. There was no icy chunks or watered down flavor. The energy was positive, and the service felt smooth from start to finish. I enjoyed visiting this place & its definitely a spot I’d come back to when I want something refreshing.

On the morning of October 18, 2035, I ordered a small watermelon/strawberry swirl and it was horrible. Only tasted coconut milk as the girl that took the order did not mix the drink well whatsoever. I also ordered a small Mango-a-go go and my daughter also confirmed that it lacked taste! Never again will I support this location on Stonebrook in Frisco! Staff needs serious retraining!

I got the strawberry + Nutella and coconut oatmeal bowl and ot was so delicious. I had to get the large for this one. They also added some tasty peanut butter and the staff was very generous and kind. I also asked for banana and Blueberries along with the Strawberries and it just hit the spot. Please try this location ⭐️

0-3. Smoothies were very thin and my cup wasn't full. Also my pretzel was over cooked. Store was very clean and looked well organized but for being one of the only customers in the food needs to be on point.

I waited 20 minutes for a small smoothie when NO ONE was inside. No one apologized for the inconvenience no one even greeted me at the intercom. I decided to go inside. They were completely lost on how to work register. Then my drink tasted completely different than it usually taste. I asked for my money back. I’ll never order here again if those two girls are working. Straight rude.

I ordered ahead. I walk in (only one there) and say I have a to go order. The young lady looks surprised. She says sorry I'll make it right now. She makes the drink, but seems to be more focused on a conversation with her coworker which leads her to forget an important ingredient in the PB Banana smoothie. She had to remake the drink, which took more time. As someone else mentioned, it's not the food or the location. It's the lack of customer service. UPDATE. not sure if this place changed management, but had a great experience here today. Service and food was spot on.
