I usually order lunch through the drive-thru, but I decided to try their breakfast instead. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for at least five minutes, maybe even more. I would have pulled off, but this was the closest location to my house, so I decided to walk in. As I walked in (I never said a word), a gentleman standing near the door immediately apologized, saying, “I’m sorry, I don’t work mornings, so I don’t have my headset on.” I responded and asked if they were open. He said yes, and we kind of looked at each other for a moment. He then asked if I wanted to order.
I ordered the avocado toast and tomato basil soup, which I believe I would have enjoyed at a different location. Both dishes were not fresh. The coffee, however, was amazing.
Lastly, I walked to several tables to find a seat, but all of them were dirty—the tables and chairs were both dirty.
I sat down, stomached my toasted, and left.
I never got my change! The gentleman was nowhere to be found.
There was one lady stocked the salad bar. She was very friendly, she greeted me with a smile, said good morning, guided me to the coffee and left me with a pleasant “enjoy”. I wish I would have gotten her name

I eat at Jason's regularly. The food of course is simple but is effective and well priced. But, I visit the store regularly because of the service. Every person I engage with is warm and friendly. The hiring practices of the store are phenomenal; similar to the outstanding service you can find at Chick Filet A.

Great food as always but I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Jason (I assume one of the managers) went from table to table thanking people and asking if we needed anything.
I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed Jason’s Deli, especially for offering a healthy and tasty menu. However, once again, I left the store feeling completely neglected by the service at the cash register.
This is the third time that I have been ignored while waiting to be served. Today, again, when I arrived, the attendant simply started closing the cash register without even looking at me or saying a word. When I politely asked how much longer I should wait just to pay and serve myself, I didn’t even get a look of consideration.
When I went to another employee (red shirt) to report what happened, I heard the response that if I didn’t like the service, “just don’t step foot there again”. This is a regrettable attitude that shows total disregard for the brand’s reputation and the customer experience.
I leave this report in the hope that something will be done to improve the way customers are treated. Service is also about health — emotional health. And respect should be on the menu.

Food was above average. Chili had little flavor and was 3/5. Nutty Berry Salad was 5/5. Muffaletta sandwich was 4/5. Free ice cream cones, but the soft serve machine temperature is set too high - ice cream was mushy and melted.

The food at every Jason’s Deli that I’ve been to (Austin, Lubbock, and various across North Texas) has been a great alternative to drive through fast food. Sandwiches, soups and salads have always been fresh and flavorful. I also find their selection to be a great value; wide selection of quality choices at reasonable prices.
Recently we contacted management at the Frisco location (Eldorado Pkwy & DNT) to discuss an error with our online order. Their resolution to our issue exceeded my expectations. Very much appreciated!!
I seek out and work to consistently patronize companies that continue to offer quality with great customer service. The Jason’s Deli Frisco location has been added to my list. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Vegetarian options: Build your own veggie sandwich with choice of bread and fixings; salad bar with variety of different toppings and dressing; and many other options
