HUGE shout out to Vincent for his incredible customer service and attention to detail. While the supervisor was present, it was Vincent that shined. It would be my strong suggestion that Vincent be considered for promotion. Very impressed and will be back.

For over two years, this was our go-to spot for a reliable weekend delivery meal. Unfortunately, something has changed significantly in the last two months. Four of our last five orders have been incorrect, with just completely wrong items.
When I called to address it, the management's response was unprofessional; they reprimanded a staff member while I was on the line, which was quite uncomfortable. Furthermore, a promised refund for the trouble never materialized. The recent inconsistency has made it difficult to justify ordering again. We truly miss the service we used to receive.

Went in last night at 8:15. While walking in the door a girl meets me there and shoves an online order in my face assuming it was mine. When I told her I wasn’t here for that she rolled her eyes and went to the other employees and makes a comment of she wanting to order after we have already cleaned the whole place. The two other employees look at me and completely ignore me as they continued to clean the restaurant and take all the condiments, and veggies to the back. It wasn’t until I spoke up and told a taller teenage male that I was ready to order only for him to respond with the grills already closed and we are only making select sandwiches now. I ended up just walking out because they were so rude and unwilling to make the sandwiches I wanted.
At 8:15 when the restaurant closes at 9 all tables and chairs were already stacked up, rugs were rolled, drink machines off, and condiments and veggies were put away. We eat all the time at this location and come in around 8:30 - 8:45 and get the Phillies but it seems when this guy is working the place shuts down before 8:30. The staff last night was polar opposite than the normal staff that’s usually there.

Last month, I placed an online order. I submitted it at 8:27 PM. Their closing time is 9:00 PM, but they stop accepting online orders after 8:30 PM. When I arrived at the store, a tall white guy told me, “We are unable to make your order,” without any explanation or apology. Then he said he had refunded my points. I checked my phone and saw nothing, so I asked when I would receive them. He said, “Within 24 hours.” So I left.
At that moment, I just felt he simply didn’t want to make my order.
Over the next week, I still didn’t receive my points. On Thursday I went back to the store—he happened to be working again. I told him I still hadn’t gotten my points and asked what to do. He told me to leave a phone number and said the manager would contact me on Friday. Of course, Friday came and no one called.
The following Monday, I went to the store again. They said they couldn’t find my phone number in the system when they tried to process the refund. In the end, they made me a sandwich. My review is not about the store; it is about that person.
When I talked to him the second time, he didn’t even offer to remake my order, and that’s when I knew he just didn’t want to make it. I just want to say: how lazy can you be? Their online ordering already shuts off half an hour early. The third time I went, the staff made my order in less than five minutes. I don’t believe that making my order and then doing the closing cleanup would have delayed his shift.
Or maybe it was because my order was a rewards redemption? I’ve been a member for many years, and I’ve redeemed points in different states and cities. This is the first time an order has been canceled. If you don’t want to make orders redeemed with points, you should tell the company to remove that option. But if you choose to work there, then do the job you’re supposed to do. No one is forcing you to work there.
The store closes at 9:00 PM, the order was at 8:27 PM, and he still didn’t want to do it. What a cocky youth
I love the sandwiches at JM’s, but some of the young people serving, haven’t been trained how to handle food properly. When wearing gloves, you don’t play with your cell phone, your hair, or the cash register. Gloves are for keeping the food sanitary when handling. The more experienced staff member, offered to complete my sandwich condiments, with his clean gloves. Just gross you have to inform people, who should hold a food certificate, how to do their job properly.
I love Jersey Mikes! Collin prepared my pick up order perfectly and was extremely kind!

I think employing high school kids is great. BUT they must
be properly trained. Customers pay for a product and expect that product to live up to the brand’s reputation. We should not be expected to accept a sub par product because , “ oh gee, but isn’t it nice the store is employing kids.” No. The item price is not discounted so we are entitled to a quality sandwich.

Thank you to the staff at this Jersey's Mike's for your courtesy and attentiveness. On 8/19/25, there was a fundraiser for our group. I placed an online order which was not ready at the stated time. As I waited for it to be completed, multiple staff members checked in with me, gave me updates, and apologized for the delay. One staff member even wrote a kind note on the bag and slipped in some dessert at no charge. It was a hectic night for the employees, but they still provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

Best subs in the biz. This location is always fast and friendly. I always get the Original Italian Mike's Way. Sometimes I have them add the pepper relish. It's always so good and fresh!

This is a magical comic show. Cannot place online order randomly during any given day while all others in the area takes it. In store wi-fi doesn't work to take gift cards.
How on earth would that be possible (in 2025) for wi-fi not to work for gift card payments and yet card transactions go through fine? This is some manager level BS.
Staff is ok. Location has hideous malpractices with payments. Taste and quality is mediocre.
Please pick a different JM or a restaurant altogether.
Not recommended.

I've eaten at this place before. Walked in this afternoon and the place was filthy. The team working the shift were horsing around and the food was all over the floor behind the counter. Needless to say I walked out. Truly disgusting and un-hygienic.
Crazy expensive but good
I ordered 3 subs paid for extra meat for all 3, received one piece of meat and a slice of cheese of each type meat for the sandwich.
The bread was like a 6inch maybe 4 for a regular not the usual. Cutting corners i wont be back
Scant!
When someone asks for no peppers on a sandwich that means any peppers that’s listed as coming on that sandwich. Green or jalapeños it’s not that complicated. Don’t let me navigate through traffic just to get back to serve someone a sandwich that has jalapeños on it when they are not expecting it. What a disaster of a dinner and waste of money.
The teen boy was very rude and unprofessional
Food was poor quality, total waste of money and time, awful, never ever go to any Jersey Mikes
