I’ve been coming here for years. I was surprised I never rated on here yet. I was expecting to change my 5 star review to a 1. After what I saw today I will choose to never eat at this location again. There were flies everywhere. I understand that flies get inside. But to see as many as I saw today was just gross. There were 8 that I counted hanging out on the menu board. 3 flying around the line of customers. The gentleman in front me kept swatting it away. There were a few flying around the condiment station. I saw a bunch at the drink station. I feel this should be a health issue, considering it’s a food establishment. The ground that the employees were standing on looked like it wasn’t swept all day. It was just gross.

Absolutely Incredible!
I went here on my lunch break with a co-worker and ordered the 13.
The team did a great job. Excellent service, super quick and attentive. And even better: the sandwich! First bite into it, WOW!! The pop of flavors from the different meats was fantastic. I definitely recommend this WAYYY above subway!! Very much worth the price for a good and better meal!!

Misleading time for sandwiches to be ready using their app. Disappointing to wait significantly longer when they weren’t busy at all. You can do better, guys!

This was my 1st time ordering a hot sub in a tub, I normally order a cold sub, so I had no idea Mike’s Way did not come with it. I placed my order online and there was no option to add it (so how was I suppose to know it didn’t come with it.) The girl working the front had an attitude when I asked, did the toppings not come with it. She then tried to tell me there’s an option to add it (there’s no option to add Mikes Way.) She adds a very small amount of lettuce, close it up, slide the bowl back to me and walked off. She had attitude when I asked for more lettuce and onions (which she didn’t not add the onions.) This location needs to fix their customer service!

Grandgirls switched from chicken nuggets to more adult food selections lovin them some Jersey Mikes. I gave it a try for myself twice. I am loving how any sub can be turned into a salad. Yum! Subs have not disappointed my husband. Whole wheat buns are so tasty. The next best thing to love is at this store the customer service is extraordinary. I must have asked 6 questions to make my choices. Will and Aiden were patient and did not rush me and were more than happy to help me with menu explanations. They talked about all the charities that Jersey Mikes stores support and their particular store was for --Cooks Children Hospital and why. Meeting gracious and polite staff from the younger generation is impressive. Makes the trip in a happy one. Aiden and Will are my go to team at the Frisco Eldorado store. Thanks guys!

At 7:00 PM on December 30th I stopped into this location and ordered a regular tuna club with relish. At 3:30 AM today I woke up feeling nausea and 30 minutes later suffered severe food poisoning including diarrhea and an extremely large amount of vomiting. I know it was jersey mikes because that was the only thing I had eaten all night and I could see the completely undigested relish in the sink after vomiting. I had to clear the relish out of my sink with chemicals and by hand.Avoid this location because their sandwich isn’t even good, a 4/10 on taste alone, in addition to how expensive it is. Even without the food poisoning I would not have visited Jersey mikes ever again however I would’ve kept my thoughts private except for the fact that thanks to Jersey mikes I’m awake at almost 5 AM feeling terrible and cleaning vomited relish and tuna from the sink and feeling too sick to go back to sleep.

Ordered pickup: I am sad. Usually they are really good. The bread is stale, they did not add lettuce tomato onion (I said Mikes way but no vinegar) and I got meat, mayo on bread with nothing

One of the best sub places I've been too very clean no flies etc employees are super friendly and nice Justin customer service was great if could give these guys a 10 I would will definitely be back.
