HUGE shout out to Vincent for his incredible customer service and attention to detail. While the supervisor was present, it was Vincent that shined. It would be my strong suggestion that Vincent be considered for promotion. Very impressed and will be back.
I love the sandwiches at JM’s, but some of the young people serving, haven’t been trained how to handle food properly. When wearing gloves, you don’t play with your cell phone, your hair, or the cash register. Gloves are for keeping the food sanitary when handling. The more experienced staff member, offered to complete my sandwich condiments, with his clean gloves. Just gross you have to inform people, who should hold a food certificate, how to do their job properly.
Thank you to the staff at this Jersey's Mike's for your courtesy and attentiveness. On 8/19/25, there was a fundraiser for our group. I placed an online order which was not ready at the stated time. As I waited for it to be completed, multiple staff members checked in with me, gave me updates, and apologized for the delay. One staff member even wrote a kind note on the bag and slipped in some dessert at no charge. It was a hectic night for the employees, but they...
