I feel bad for the workers here but it's currently a one star operation. They are clearly understaffed and not properly trained. I'll be reporting this location to corporate in hopes the owner finds a new manager.

every time I go to this location, I feel like the employees are either rude, antisocial, and not very welcoming. I made an online order and went to go pick it up. I paid three extra dollars to get chips and my online order was made and prepared at the time it was told, although the workers were not welcoming and rude, and they didn’t put my chips in the bag. I’ve experienced these same occurrences with my boyfriend and other times during pick up orders.

I go to Jersey Mikes 2-3X times a week. I place the same order with every visit. One of the meals is a Kids meal with pepperoni. Every location accommodates this without hesitation. After starting my order, the employee stated they are “not allowed” to do pepperoni on kids meals. I then asked to cancel my order and stated I’ll go to a different location which he quickly obliged. (Which required him to discard 3 sandwiches)
There are other Jersey Mike locations nearby that I would recommend with friendlier and more accommodating staff.

This Jersey Mike's gets my order right about 70% of the time. I know the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result, but this is my favorite sandwich 70% of the time.
I stopped asking for extra oil and vinegar on the side because they never send the extra and they douse the sandwichwith extra, so I just started asking for the oil and vinegar on the side. Today I got NO OIL and VINEGAR, not even on the sandwich. I tried to call just to complain even though they never do anything about the errors and the phone says it's not taking calls at this time because the voicemail isn't set up.

The food was good but the restaurant had a bad odor ( sewage). I didn’t mention to the employees because I didn’t want to make a big deal. They were too busy and other customers seemed not to notice the smell because they ate their meal.

If I could give less than 1 star to this location I would. Employee making our food was extremely rude and condescending when we asked for our sandwiches toasted because “he was busy”. I will never come back to this location.

Dillon and Jeremiah were some of the best employees, I’ve seen in my life, they left me with a warming feeling when I entered and left the store, I’m very happy I came here and the sandwich was terrific.

Service and food were great, but the A/C has GOT to be fixed.
Great sandwiches, friendly service.
Could be a lot cleaner, layers of dust on th3 ceiling in both the dining area and behind the counter especially around vents which could potentially contaminate food.
Speakers very loud so I avoided sitting at tables directly under them.

The amount of things that the lady working the register AND cutting and wrapping the sandwiches touches with the same pair of gloves on made me nauseous just now. Somebody phone the health department asap. Lol

First time being here (due to school fundraiser) and it was just okay.
The food, service, cleanliness all just okay.
Upon entry, there should be someone that greets customers if you have 4 or 5 employees - 1 can lift their head and speak. Noone asked if it was 1st time and recommended anything- just asked what they can get for me (not even a hello). It was 6 of us and finding a clean table didn't happen - there weren't major items on the table but they all had noticeable crumbs on them or trash underneath. I got the #26 and it tasted okay- nothing special.
I will say the bathrooms were clean and didn't stink- that's a big plus!
Also I'm not sure how the fundraiser thing works but he rung me up before I got the counter and when I got there I stated fundraiser and he stated okay and took my payment- hopefully whatever process is there for fundraisers happened for my order.
