I came in to order something I’ve order thousands of times at different locations. I asked for no ham but I’ll add turkey instead and apparently that is not allowed. Which makes no sense. I have even bought the same sandwich at this location. I put up no fight because I found it so extremely odd that he would respond that I cannot do that and just left for another location that is further away.
Also it smelled rotten when I walked in, like sewage.

I absolutely love a good Jersey Mike's sub. I frequent often, and I'm not sure if it's because of the lunch rushes, but there's been a good handful of time when my order has missed something. But no location is perfect. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and there's always a smile when we make eye contact.

I ordered the veggie sandwich on rosemary parmesan bread to go from here. Loved it! The veggies were fresh and crunchy and the sandwich was perfectly made. This is a cold sub. I ordered from door dash so I've no idea about the staff or the ambiance of this place. I will definitely visit / order in the future.

While I was checking out in a hurry I ended up forgetting my headphones, I called up and Dylan and the team he was with found them and contacted me they were very polite and nice about everything even being close to closing. Besides that everyone was attentive and friendly and the food came out perfect.

I came in for lunch on my break today and was greeted by Brady and he was so chill and easy to talk to about my order. Overall the experience was awesome. Rachel checked me out today and she was nice and also very easy to talk to. Overall great customer service and will come back next week for my sandwich.
