I really hate to leave a bad review because I really enjoyed this location. It seems my last four orders that I placed with this location were carelessly prepared. Again, the food was always pretty good. I don’t like the care that my orders received. It was not appropriate for the amount of money that I paid every time when I ordered the last 4 times. I am almost positive that I will not use this location again.

I ordered (2) sandwiches and was clear in asking for extra bacon. While I was waiting the (3) younger male employees became distracted by a female employee from Dunkin Donuts who walked in and gave the Jersey Mike's employees a free box of donuts. She then proceeded to ask the male employees if they wanted anything else free?? Of course they started asking for shakes and other items and in being so distracted, simply placed 1 of my sandwiches on the counter next tot he register and not on wrapping paper. I immediately called this out and they attempted to tell me the counter is always wiped down, although me not witnessing it was not believable.
I simply took my sandwiches and left, only to discover at home that my bacon was left off my sandwiches... Not a good visit.

I made quick stop at Jersey Mike's and the sandwich maker was SUPER fast. I was trying to order quick because my wife and crying baby were in the car. I appreciated his speed.They have a good selection of sandwiches. Make sure to get your sandwich the Jersey Mike's way.I got a roast beef with provolone and it tasted great. I plan on going back.

We always order online for pick up and the sandwiches never disappoint. There was a bread mix up one day and I called to ask for the new bun, Leo insisted that they make me a new sandwich on the house. Customer service was above and beyond and it was during a busy Saturday. We will be back!
