Provided a coupon for one regular at $2.99 when purchasing a regular at full price only to find out I was only given some 10% service discount? Whatever that is. 1 star because I was overcharged, location seems better than El Dorado but employees still don’t understand the proper use of single use gloves, aka touching money, cards, register, doors, then your food. Pretty common occurrence it seems at Jersey Mikes. I’m willing to change my rating assuming my purchase is fixed but usually that requires jumping through extra hops.

i walked inside and the manager was yelling at one of his coworkers, in a very unprofessional way. i will not be coming back, ever.

Was going in for a scrumptious sandwich as usual, and the manager was being very rude to a employee. I don't like seeing such unprofessionalism in the work place. I'm sure whatever the employee did was minor and did not need to be treated as such. I would recommend that owners hire new management. Thank you.

Clean Jersey Mike’s location with friendly staff!

Placed an order over the phone for pickup. When I got in my car I noticed it was the wrong sandwich. I went back in to let them know and the employee just sighed, took the sandwich back and so I asked for a refund. I couldn’t wait for them to make another sandwich. There was no customer service or acknowledgment for the error. This is by my house but unfortunately I probably won’t go back.

This location is hands down the best. I visit at least once or twice a week. Every time I get consistency and fresh sandwiches. I am a clean freak and I can tell you this store is very clean. I never see food/trash on the floor or anywhere. They keep it tidy. Above all what keeps me coming back is the friendly staff. They always have a smile on their face and are very polite. Looks like chic fil A has competition with not being the only ones known for their professional friendly staff. Thank you for the great service and keep up the good job.

These guys at this location are awesome, they are quick and greet me with a smile every time I'm in there, so refreshing! Love the service!

I just placed a phone order and called no answer. The second time I called they picked up on the final ring. Very rude on the phone didn’t ask for my name for the order kept saying yeah and yeah. When I walked in everyone was giving me the death stare and didn’t come up until the woman that took my order checked me out. I worked at Jersey mikes for 4-5 years and I have never disrespected any customer or simply didn’t care. They didn’t even say hello or welcome me in.Also got my food order wrong…. Don’t go here

This location has always been great but 2/1/24, they exceeded any and all expectations I could hope for. My wife's job orders with a different Jersey Mike's every Thursday but for some reason the link sent her and her co-worker to this location instead. Joel, the manager went above and beyond to help me figure out what happened and made sure their food was fresh as I wasn't able to pick the orders up until much later.I am not one that typically writes reviews, good or bad but I felt this experience needed to be shared.
