Sandwiches were not toasted as requested, bacon was not extra crispy as requested, employees looked overwhelmed and sulking while making sandwiches. Possibly under-staffed or not trained properly

Please only put salt and pepper on when asked for salt and pepper. Not all the other stuff.

Provided a coupon for one regular at $2.99 when purchasing a regular at full price only to find out I was only given some 10% service discount? Whatever that is. 1 star because I was overcharged, location seems better than El Dorado but employees still don’t understand the proper use of single use gloves, aka touching money, cards, register, doors, then your food. Pretty common occurrence it seems at Jersey Mikes. I’m willing to change my rating assuming my purchase is fixed but usually that requires jumping through extra hops.
i walked inside and the manager was yelling at one of his coworkers, in a very unprofessional way. i will not be coming back, ever.
Was going in for a scrumptious sandwich as usual, and the manager was being very rude to a employee. I don't like seeing such unprofessionalism in the work place. I'm sure whatever the employee did was minor and did not need to be treated as such. I would recommend that owners hire new management. Thank you.

Clean Jersey Mike’s location with friendly staff!
Placed an order over the phone for pickup. When I got in my car I noticed it was the wrong sandwich. I went back in to let them know and the employee just sighed, took the sandwich back and so I asked for a refund. I couldn’t wait for them to make another sandwich. There was no customer service or acknowledgment for the error. This is by my house but unfortunately I probably won’t go back.
