Had a sandwich made. Never touched the inside of the wrap and asked to have my sandwich cut in half. They told me I can't cut it after it leaves the table. You could've cut it, turned a quarter turn and and rinsed the knife. People these days I swear. I knew since it was a training facility it would be something. Not stoppin here ever again. I won't say names but that guy is lost. I used to work Jimmy John's. This was pathetic. Don't waste your time at this location.

Ordered a few sandwiches on a Saturday from Freaky Fast Jimmy johns, but didn't receive from this location that is 2 miles away. I called 45 minutes later and spoke with the Manager, who told me that she didn't have but one driver and then hung up on me. I received a call from the driver, who told me it was his first day an hour and a half later. I then contacted JJs customer service, who called me back and was apologetic. They told me I would be receiving a phone call from the ownership group. Never heard from anyone and never received a reimbursement for the sandwiches that were never delivered. I will never order from this location and will make sure to continue to spread the word of the poor ownership/ management .

I order here all the time literally the EXACT same order, today I ordered and added bacon w extra lettuce to my sandwich as you can see NO bacon in sight and no extra lettuce and light mayo, ranch and mustard. Sandwich was dripping in sauces. I proceeded to call and spoke with a manager , can’t remember the name, but after giving the details of incorrect order he insisted that he made the sandwich and for sure place bacon on there! Sir I do NOT have to lie about the BACON not being on the sandwich, he stated he placed it under the cheese, well I do not see any bacon under the cheese. Do you? Anyways he gave me a credit for the bacon after insulting me and I’m leaving a review because as a loyal customer and someone who eats here 3 times a week I should have been compensated fairly!

We really love the new toasted subs! I always loved Jimmy John's, but hadn't really been going much for a while. Since discovering the new toasted subs now we've been coming back at least once per week!
Last night I went in to get a sandwich. Ryan took my order and he was very upset that I was in there. He rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed while I was ordering, as if my presence was inconveniencing him. He was extremely rude to not only me but the other customers as well. We were handed the wrong order by the other worker. He was mad at me for taking it, even though it was handed to me. Will never be returning. I will give a little grace because his coworker was just standing there watching him. Do better Ryan.
