Dinner was delicious. The chef entertained us while cooking on the grill, he engaged all of us which was especially exciting for my 5 and 2 year olds. It is a little pricey, but portion sizes were great, we even had leftovers for lunch for 4 of us the next day.
Our chef was nice and did “tricks” which pleased the 4 and 7 year olds and the food itself was delicious but we felt rushed to get out. Plus the server who took our order was rude. When I made the reservation, I had mentioned it was for a special occasion but no one even acknowledged it or asked. The only ones really friendly were the front desk hostesses when we arrived and left. My husband had come here many years ago but we will not return. Sorry—-will continue giving our money to Benihana instead.
Went there for a birthday. Food was amazing and chef performance was good.

Went in for sushi and left 5 minutes after seating. The server was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes and made hand motions when we asked about the menu, gave us attitude when we asked for sushi only and not the hibachi experience. Slammed drinks down, when we asked for only waters. I would not recommend going here unless you’d like to be treated with zero respect.

Our chef was amazing, however the waitress was very rude, dismissive, and not attentive. We went a lunch so it very calm and quiet. The lunch special was a good deal minus the outrageous up-charge for fried rice instead of steamed rice.
The food at Jinbeh is consistently great and of the highest quality. Service is always the best! We usually sit in the sushi bar area (been coming here for a lot of years) and our waitress, Christine, is a staple! She is always so attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring — she truly makes dining here a pleasure and one of the reasons we keep coming back.
Great hibachi!

Great spot with great food! Our bartender was so nice and made great suggestions. Our waitress brought us everything we needed to serve a birthday cake we brought in. The steak, shrimp and fried rice were amazing. I just wish I had more room to eat more!!
Jinbeh was decent. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was ok, but the food was just okay for the price. The hibachi show was fun, though it felt a little rushed compared to other places I’ve been. The sushi was fresh, but not particularly memorable. Overall, it’s a fine spot if you’re in the area and craving hibachi or sushi, but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to come back.

We almost had the restaurant to ourselves probably because we came at the least busiest day, Wed night.
Always great food. Well-prepared and delicious. Lots of birthday celebrations at the Frisco location last night. That speaks volumes for this being a destination for special occasions. And, for a wonderful family meal.
Great food and service.

Chef and staff was awesome. My daughters and I have been dining there for 14 years and they've always been our favorite hibachi restaurant.
