We have been going to this place for many years and it never disappoints - high quality food, friendly service, and warm ambiance. Highly recommend for special celebrations, a night out or just a casual dinner.

The service was terrible. We were seated and it was an hour before our cook started cooking our meal. Definitely not worth the price. We will not be returning.

We had reservations and was seated on time. Our table included 6 other individuals. However, we didn't get service for an hour.

We have been to Jinbeh many times. The food is always good and that has kept us coming back. This time we noticed that the food was a little overcooked and I think the age of the Hibachi tables is really starting to show. I think our chef had trouble with cooking the various items ordered by our full table because of hot spots and inconsistency with the table. I noticed our table was slanted where the eggs ran down in one direction and he had to keep scraping the burnt areas. And the electric switches on the table next to us looked so bad that we questioned their safety.

We had a 7:30 reservation We did not get seated until 8:05 And then we waited as we watched the table adjacent to our enjoy their food cooking (30 minutes) We had to sit and wait and the smoke that was billowing in the air had us holding our breathe trying not to inhale the poor ventilation. We wanted to get up and leave but we had nowhere to go Finally at 9pm our chef started We were famished - food was good but Experience was tortuous-

Food was extremely good. This was the best fried rice I've ever had. Highly recommended this place for all ages. They have vegetarian options too.

Two of us became very sick after eating here on Christmas Day, and we believe it was from the meal. The grill didn’t look clean, the soup and salad tasted off, and the ventilation was so bad everyone’s eyes hurt and our clothes/hair still smell like smoke. I ordered shrimp hibachi, the other sick family member ordered filet mignon.
Add in a rude server and it was a disappointing—and unfortunately memorable—holiday meal. I’d recommend choosing another spot if food safety and cleanliness matter to you.

We went here for the first time on Christmas. I accidently arrived a half hour early. I told them that we didn't need the show, so they suggested a table. I was a little hesitant not watching them cook, but I actually enjoyed this even better. We got to sit alone. We were waited on right away and had our delicious dinner way earlier than expected. The portions were big, the salad dressing and dipping sauces were divine. Steak (NY strip and filet) and shrimp were perfect. We really enjoyed our sweet and accurate server and her speedy service. It made for a very enjoyable Christmas. Thank you!!!

We made our reservation for 8:30. Arrived at 8:15 and was told they were a little behind. People that came in after us (same group size) were seated before us. We were not seated until around 9:15 and at 9:30 still didn't have a chef to cook the hibachi. Grill was too hot so food had a bit of a burnt taste. Filet was ordered medium rare and was overcooked. We probably will not go back (sadly) as this used to be a favorite.

We were seated for an hour before our cook showed up. The food was ok but not worth the price. Will never go again.

I recommend you consider Jinbeh for a family-friendly Japanese restaurant with hibachi tables and a sushi bar.
