I ordered on the self serve kiosk. My sandwich came maybe 5-7 minutes later. I thought it smelled good but odd for what I had ordered(like bbq when I had ordered the Cajun chicken, but I thought maybe it was the hickory sauce that comes on it). Taste wise the sandwich was not good. The hickory/bbq smell was the most flavor I experienced even through eating the sandwich. It had no flavor even though it looked as if the chicken was seasoned. The bread was soft but that is the only plus. I didn't taste or see the provolone cheese that was supposed to be included. Most importantly though while eating the sandwich I kept getting this overwhelming taste which I can most close relate to sourness. I don't believe that any part of the sandwich had gone bad so I believe that maybe the ingredients had been cooked on a burnt grill other than that I have no explanation for it's taste. I would not recommend that particular sandwich nor would I get it again myself. I may go back to try a cold sub instead. Other than that, I'll probably just stick to the taco shop next door.

Stopped in for the first time on 3/28 and all 3 guys in the store we're awesome. I expressed skepticism about their "Cuban" sandwich since I've had the real thing in Miami and struggle to accept imitations.. apparently two of them are from south Florida though and they recommended it so highly that I actually came back today to try it... I'm here to say it's legit!! Both days the sandwiches I had were top quality easily beating the competition. I hope the quality stays this high cause this is my new favorite sub shop!!

Friendly and caring customer service and the food is SO delicious, and I mean SO delicious.I got The Cuban sandwich- it was a nice large sandwich with plenty of meat, and pickles, swiss, mayo and mustard and pressed perfectly on real Cuban bread! So fresh and so good. Thank you Jon Smith Subs for an awesome lunch!

Absolutely love the great customer service. This is a picture of what was a 12in Italian and Cajun fries. I meant to take the picture before I started eating. Anyhow this is packed with loads of flavor, and fresh ingredients. Since they opened up off of Dallas Pkwy and Panther Creek in Frisco this is the only sandwich shop I go to. They also offer a military discount for all of my services men, women, or veterans which is a plus.

Great new sandwich place. The Triple Deli sandwich had extremely generous portions of fresh ingredients. The staff is very friendly and service was quick. The French fries are delicious. The prices are in line or better than Capriotti's and Jersey Mike's, whom I would say have similar offerings.

The roast beef sandwich is always amazing! There is a bite of veggie with every bite of meat. Each time I walk in I'm promptly greeted and my order comes out quickly. This makes it a great lunch break spot to be able to enjoy my lunch and have time to head back into the office.

We've been multiple times and I feel it definitely warrants a review. We have tried the Reuben, the hot Cajun, and the teriyaki. Each time we've been it has been consistent with flavor, presentation, and service. The portions are great size for the price- it tends to be a lot of food. The inside is like a typical sandwich shop. However they do have TVs and it's very clean. The people working are extremely kind and friendly. I would highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Jon Smith subs. The staff were very courteous, friendly and answered all of our questions. Besides that, the sandwich that I got was amazing. My wife loved hers as well. PLUS.....They served fries in a cup!! Sandwich and fries is a whole lot better than with chips. Loved our visit and will be definitely coming back again soon!! ?

I went to the restaurant on 02/12/2024 and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very polite and answered any questions I had. I ordered rhetorical steak bomb and Cajun steak sandwich, French fries, and cookies. The quality of the steak used on the sandwich is pretty decent. I really wished that it had more seasoning. Something alone the lines of Salt or some type of seasoning salt. The French fries and cookies were pretty good just wished the fries were cooked 30 seconds longer with of course more salt. The cookies were good. They were chewy yet cooked (like a medium temperature cooked steak). With the minor tweaks and adjustments, I would definitely give this place another try.
