Requested a breakfast burrito as shown in the menu. Then worker stated it comes with chicken, bacon, avocado, chorizo….. only to see it’s five dollars extra in add ons. Paid for it, then was told they didn’t have the add ons in stock and wasn't offered a refund of my money. Asked if I could get another item because I already paid but was told they didn’t have anything of that value. So they just were okay with taking my money. Also took 30 minutes for one burrito.

There's so much potential with this place. The location, atmosphere, and the coffee are all great. But the menu is wack. If this place fixes its menu and food ingredients it'd be five stars easy.

I think this place is under new management. There's only like one person working at a time. Ordering online doesn't work. Calling the number listed on Google doesn't work either. The menu in person is different than the menu online. Pricing is different too. It seems like this place is just a mess, lots of confusion and lack of service. Really disappointed. I loved eating a lot of what was on the menu and I think a lot has changed. They aren't keeping up with it.

As a regular patron of this establishment, I have always appreciated the ambiance and offerings that make it a preferred spot for many. However, my current visit left me deeply unsettled, (YES THIS IS IN REAL TIME) prompting me to share this experience in hopes of having a more inclusive environment.

Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the music playing overhead. The songs were laced with the repeated use of the N-word and other derogatory terms. As a Black woman, this was not just uncomfortable… it was profoundly hurtful. Music has the power to set the tone of a space, and in this instance, it created an atmosphere that felt unwelcoming and offensive.

Believing this might have been an oversight, I approached the bar to address the issue. I politely asked if the music could be changed, explaining the nature of the lyrics and their impact. The lady at the bar responded that she had set the playlist in the morning and hadn’t been paying attention to its content. While I understand that staff may not always be aware of every song’s lyrics, I hoped for a more empathetic response once the concern was raised.

Instead, she questioned, “So, are you going to stay here?” When I affirmed, she retorted, “You’re not planning on purchasing anything?” She then rolled her eyes and turned around. This line of questioning felt dismissive and deflective. Firstly, this venue has always been a communal space where individuals can relax, work, or socialize, regardless of immediate purchases. Moreover, during my visit, several other patrons were present without beverages, yet they were not subjected to similar scrutiny.

It’s disheartening to feel singled out, especially when my intention was to address a legitimate concern about the environment’s inclusivity. In the past, I’ve frequented this place and have always made purchases, valuing both the products and the space provided. This encounter, however, has left me questioning my desire to return.

I share this experience not out of malice but out of a genuine hope for positive change. It’s crucial for establishments to be mindful of the content they broadcast and to approach customer concerns with empathy and respect. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and valued in shared spaces.

I sincerely hope that the management will take this feedback to heart, ensuring that all patrons, regardless of their background, feel welcomed and respected in the future. I for damn sure will not be back.

My friend and I visited this place around 7pm yesterday and had a bizarre experience. We placed an order for a dos equis beer and margarita. The beer did not taste like dos equis and the margarita tasted like lemonade. I informed the person at the counter and was told that he ran out of dos equis and filled the remaining glass with a different beer without asking! Seriously!? I asked for a refund and was told the order has been refunded so I asked for a refund receipt. He said he couldn't provide it because the order no longer showed up in the system. Overall, just a strange experience.

The atmosphere and look of the cafe was really nice, would probably be a great place to work or study if you want to be away from home. I got a Chai Latte with oat milk and I can’t say I loved it but it wasn’t bad and may just not be my personal preference. The workers were polite and the place was well maintained and overall very clean. The parking in the area is not very good but that isn’t at all the fault of the cafe, just be prepared to walk a little if the closer spots are taken.

Overall, if you’re interested I’d recommend stopping by at least once to see if you like it.

Was meh. Nothing remarkable about the drinks besides costing more than it should. A coffee with a splash of milk, an unsweetened tea, and a burrito cost $27 before tip. I also felt that asking someone if they wanted upgrade items on their burrito without actually telling them it was extra was kind of underhanded. All told it was mid and I guess if you live at these apartments it's worth it but this place is not worth driving to.

Parking: You have to register your vehicle or you risk getting towed. The parking is only available to customers until noon so if you stop by later in the afternoon you can't use the parking according to the signs.

Has a great atmosphere and the place is laid out to sit and work. The coffee and food itself is nothing great. And the prices are slightly higher. Not the best service from what I saw. The staff appears to be less motivated in their work. No smiles, no energy. A lot of better coffee shops in the area

My brother, sister, and I are all visiting from Kansas and this was our 3rd stop on our coffee shop tour through Little Elm.

The inside was nice and very modern/sleek. We personally preferred the patio as it was lovely outside and felt a lot more spacious out there (only downside was there were no outlets out there😢).

Overall, a lovely spot that had plenty of food and coffee/alcohol options, but I think we all preferred the cozy vibes of our first two stops🤔

My sister and I both got a Texas Peach tea, which was yummy😋 (note: it was more on the less sweet side.)

this is the second time I've been here and both times the coffee/drinks have been MID. like seriously this place is not worth it. I placed an online pick up order and it took 30 minutes total for the order to be ready, granted the guy (who was really nice - not really his fault in this sense) was working alone but still it wasn't busy at all, maybe 2 other people in the cafe. more importantly, the drinks sucked - I got a London fog and I could barely taste the vanilla, tea to oat milk ratio was off and wasn't frothed properly so it was quite watery. my friend got a dirty horchata and their espresso quality is super acidic and more bitter than normal compared to other espresso-based drinks or horchata lattes I've had. also got a feta/spinach croissant and that was mid af as well. highkey I'm not coming back.

This is probably my top two favorite coffee places, and number one just for the rotations of flavors they instill into their menus for the different seasons. Hands down the most variety and most creative selection I’ve ever seen. The coffee tastes amazing as well, I’ve never had a bad experience here! Not to mention, the staff is also always super friendly and extremely accommodating. This comes from the heart of someone who is very picky about their coffee and who’s seen a whole lotta beans in their lifetime.
