Hi! I love coming to study at your location, and am usually able to come after work so dinner time. i love yalls cafe because yall serve food... but every-time Ive been to your location on Ohio I ask for something on your food menu even as simple as a bagel and it's always an excuse: "I'm the only one here", or "i just turned the oven off". I get it i've worked in food too, but don't offer food if it isn't available.. ever. Again love your cafe, it's just a bit frustrating.

Came over to Karmic Grounds after going over to La Finca coffee shop but we left because La Finca was packed so we walked 50 feet over to Karmic grounds… Karmic was completely empty. We thought it was shut down. We hesitated to go in and then finally noticed an employee. We walked in and the coffee barista didn’t acknowledge or greet us. She looked up and saw us but said nothing. It was weird as we stood in awkward silence and no other customers in the store and have to wait for her to finish what she was doing to even greet us. She finally looked up at us and said nothing we waited and she raised her eyebrows to acknowledge we were there… so we ordered coffee. Still no words from her. We paid and no thank you or anything. Drinks were mediocre at best and the atmosphere was depressing with the unfriendliest service ever. It’s sad because if they had someone friendly and actually like people working there then I’m sure they would be successful. There’s a reason the coffee shop across the street was packed out. One quick point. The coffee shop la finca is a bakery and coffee shop. I thought it was packed out because of the food being served and then I noticed that at all of the tables there was only one that had food (a croissant), but everyone had coffee… and then I noticed the staff were smiling and interacting with customers… karmic grounds should go watch La Finca and learn how to run a successful business. We won’t be coming back to waste our money at Karmic.

I always order three coffee,It used to be fine, but not anymore . Anytime I go there they’re out of fresh coffee so i need to wait to make fresh one!. this place needs more professional crews. they have no idea what they are doing behind the counter.

This place is so cute! It's often very quiet, which makes it a great place for remote work. Plus, they even have a Popwork soundproof cubicle.The coffee is amazing and they have solid pastries, too! I highly recommend the cinnamon roll. It's to die for!

This is a really cute coffee shop and love the decor and design and all the greenery hanging from the ceiling. I was really excited to try this place but the latte was disappointing. They really need an experienced barista. I ordered a latte to drink on site and my latte was lukewarm and the girl didn't even warm up my almond milk. She simply poured cold milk over my espresso and I definitely didn't get any pretty design on top. The bakery across the street had better tasting lattes and pretty presentation. The ice tea was delicious though.

We stopped by after shopping in the area. There was one person working there and she was very very slow. She got our drinks wrong and took a very long time to make them. It felt like she was set up to fail, so I’m not blaming her at all! It had a nice area for a work space and wasn’t loud like a lot of coffee shops can be.
Cute comfortable cozy place to get work done if needed or just to hang out. Grabbed an iced matcha latte with an add in of lavender and it was delicious.

This place is soo aesthetically pleasing, good priced drinksand AMAZING for studying with fantastic hours. They close at 9PM which is so convenient, Especially since most other places close at 5 or 6. it gives people who have late classes or work, to still have a place to go when needing a relaxed environment to catch up on work. Also really nice staff !
