We ordered shrimp étouffée with one vegetable side and were charged an extra $2 for seafood. Our container was barely half full, with only one small scoop of shrimp, while customers next to us who ordered chicken received containers overflowing with three to four times more food.
Charging extra and giving such a drastically smaller portion feels unfair and deceptive. Very poor value — honestly felt like a rip-off.

Walking through the food court and was offered a sample of fresh Bourbon Chicken. I was immediately sold. It was mouthwatering. Everything I chose from the pick and choose / build a plate options were great. This place is on my radar and I’m not big on food court options, because I don’t go to the mall much anymore. Not far from my home and I would definitely make a special trip.

Ate this today and the bourbon chicken had tons of gristle. I’ve eaten here before and this has never happened. I will say I’ve never been able to eat their sides because they are all utterly tasteless and disgusting. Also today is the first time I’ve eaten there and felt nauseas the entire day after. I almost threw up, but was able to treat it with some soda. I’ll probably never eat here again,
