This was one of my favorite spots in the area to eat at, but our last experience has changed that entirely. If you eat here and your waitress is Sisi, I highly recommend you leave immediately. Worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. When we went to order, we ordered soup to share, and we specifically asked Sisi to bring it out before our entrées. Sisi cut us off with the typical “Oh sure no problem” but she was obviously not listening. When the soup was bought out to us, so were our entrees. Because of this we didn’t get to eat our soup as our food was already getting cold. The burger I received was also near raw while the outside was close to burnt. Sisi also failed to bring a condiment that we had to ask 3 times for. When we asked if it was supposed to be on the burger to begin with, because it’s listed that way on the menu, she got defensive and said it’s supposed to come on the side, which it never did. After asking three times, she threw the kitchen staff under the bus and was rude when bringing it to us. We mentioned that the soup was supposed to come out before our entrées and asked for it to be comped since we did not get to eat it. Sisi rolled her eyes and immediately took no accountability and blamed her having multiple tables for failing to listen to our request earlier. A couple minutes later, she came back and angrily plopped the check down the table and snarkily said “I’m sorry you didn’t get to eat your soup because you didn’t want your burgers to get soggy” while continuing to roll her eyes. At that point, we asked for a manager to talk to about our experience, and she refused to get a manager at first, claiming that they were busy. We doubled down and eventually the manager, Matthew came by. He was understanding and apologetic for her actions and was able to comp a bit more of our meal and provide a gift card as it was also my Fiancés birthday dinner. He is the only reason this review is not a one star. I hope that no one ever has to deal with Sisi’s antics and disrespect being a paying customer like we were. Awful experience.

walked in at 3:45 pm on a Saturday had a chalkboard sign that said seat yourself so my party of 2 did
i noticed there were only 2 other tables with 3 customers and no one at the bar it took our server a few minutes to bring us the menus and take our drink order then gave us plenty of time to think about what we were ordering
ordered the turkey burger with a side of their parmesan creamed corn
holy smokes they brought out this 5-6 inch mini cast iron skillet filled with corn it tasted like it was boiled in butter
the bacon was perfect level of crispiness the avocado was hard to smear on the bun but the pickle was thick with great flavor and crisp but sadly only 1 slice as for the brie cheese it was my first time trying it all i can say is its not for me and for the actual turkey burger it self i honestly cant say i even tasted turkey most of the flavor came from the raspberry sauce
the real problem was the service i would think with so few customers service would be fast but that was not the case.
i felt like we were an afterthought of an afterthought after my party of 2 had finished eating it took close to 10 minutes to flag down our server and request the bill then it took him another 5 minutes to actually bring it and then 3 minutes to take it back and run the card

Love Kelly's!! They have a ton of TVs so you can stay up to date on your game while enjoying a great drink! My only ask, please make a bowl size of your queso; the cup size is not enough to share as a table and it is so good!!!!

We were extremely disappointed with the meals we ordered, specifically the burgers—both the beef and grilled chicken. Honestly, I lack the words to fully describe how terrible the meal presentations were; they were so unappealing that we left without even touching our dinner. I still don't understand why people allow themselves to be scammed into eating such poorly presented food. Nowadays, restaurants charge multiple fees, including service charges, liquor fees, city taxes, tips, and a 3% credit card fee, among others. It's unbelievable how customers just accept this without protest. That’s why we decided to leave the restaurant—because, in my opinion, the food presentation was disgusting and unappetizing. I want to note that the waiter was polite and friendly, and we appreciate her good attitude.

Glad we came across this restaurant while we were in Frisco for a few days. We had a great waiter who recommended several items on the menu and he was right they were delicious. We ordered the Grown Up Grilled Cheese w/ brisket with a side of Potato Soup. We also ordered the Surf & Turf Cobb Salad with Jalapeño Ranch Dressing. Highly recommend coming to Kelly's Craft Tavern.

We were blown away tonight with the outstanding service we had from Chris & Caden. They made our event perfect from the amazing service to the food. I tried the brisket enchiladas for the first time & they were delicious!! Think of this place for your next event they really do take care of anything you need!!
We sat on the patio and enjoyed the breeze while we enjoyed our meal. The patio is dog friendly. We enjoyed every step of our meal. Spanish dip was delicious, salad was fresh, and the chicken friend steak finger were good! Our server was very friendly and kept our drinks fresh!

Came out on a Saturday mid afternoon for a beer on the patio and had no service for 15 mins. When going in and asking a waitress if there was anybody servicing the patio she states not those tables. She then stated she will get someone else. After another 5 mins we decided to get up and walk out. This was during a seat yourself time as well. We will never come here again
