It was the worst experience ever I ordered ahead of time online and headed out once the order said ready for pick up...not only was it not ready but I was waiting behind 3 other and asked if I could wait 20 minutes. When I said I couldn't and if I could cancel, the manager said sorry, but if you want to cancel or get your money back, call our 1 800 number, and we can not help you. Then they just ignored me and went back to talking to their other coworkers.

I hate to say this, but there is a reason why the parking lot is empty so often when others are full. Don't think you will be getting the KFC of old, and don't trust that you will receive everything you ordered. The cherry on top is their refusal to answer their phone to correct their errors!

I came here with my young child to order food. I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes, but the staff were concentrating on their own conversations and didn't pay any attention to me. So I went to the car and tried to order through the drive thru, but there was no response either. But the girls were chatting again, so the ordering machine didn't work either. I was offended, so I went to the payment window and asked why they weren't taking orders. She answered insincerely that she had not received the order because she was making what was ordered. I exercised my patience and asked if I could place an order, and they again gave me an insincere response telling me to go back to where I came from and order. I went back and the ordering machine responded late again and honked before I could place my order. I have no intention of reprimanding the young girl who works late at night, but it seems absolutely necessary to improve customer service. If the administrator sees this post, I would like to receive a reply.Kid-friendliness: The previous employees were very friendly, but the current employees have no interest in customers. Even if they are customers with children, they are not interested. It feels like they are just having a private conversation among themselves and neglecting their customers. Sorry for not being able to write a good review.

I could've went to the sitdown restaurant next-door, and had my food faster than I got it in the drive-through. I'm almost to the window and have been waiting. Almost 30 minutes and there were only five cars in front of me! Bojangles is set open next door here very soon, I will be taking my business there! you simply do not go to a drive-through to wait a half an hour to eat your food!Update, I posted this review five minutes ago vehicle in front of me... There is still one vehicle in front of me. Pretty sad.Last update, six minutes later from first update finally got food 40 minutes total drive through at Kentucky fried chicken

It took 25 minutes for these Marijuana steeped clowns to make a 3 piece chicken box to go. There was one other person in the restaurant at 1:30pm. Incredible.
