The kolache factory was wonderful. We got the kolache balls and I don’t know what they’re called, but I got the ranchero which was great. My husband got the bacon egg and cheese, which was great. I can’t speak to the consistency of the food, but I can say today it was wonderful.

I stood there in line for seven minutes and watched the two girls working on 15 or 18 to go orders while seven of us stood there and watched them eliminate almost everything in stock. Don’t go there they could give a crap about anyone standing there. They are a to go food establishment only. By the time it was my turn, it was hardly anything left. It’s a joke.

Such fun flavors - we tried the chicken enchilada flavor and it was delicious! They even had a special one for thanksgiving.
I recently came in to pick up an order of kolaches and was assisted by a lovely employee named Raegan. She was incredibly kind and helpful, even though she appeared to be handling a bit of a rush. However, I was shocked by the behavior of her coworker, Tonya. In front of customers, Tonya was throwing the bags prepared for orders onto the counter in a disrespectful and careless manner. It was clear that Raegan was already feeling overwhelmed, yet she remained professional and courteous despite Tonya’s actions.
As a customer, witnessing such unprofessional behavior from Tonya was disappointing, especially toward a colleague who was simply doing her job. I even inquired about speaking to a manager but decided it might be best to address this another time. Raegan deserves recognition for her excellent customer service under pressure, while Tonya’s behavior was completely unacceptable. It’s unfortunate to see such poor treatment like that in this day and age, it made me feel uncomfortable.

When you are out of items on an order you should call and ask if the customer wants to substitute it. What you should not do is remove the items and send out an order that is no longer large enough to feed everyone waiting on their food. Or is that too much of an ask?
