The kolache factory was wonderful. We got the kolache balls and I don’t know what they’re called, but I got the ranchero which was great. My husband got the bacon egg and cheese, which was great. I can’t speak to the consistency of the food, but I can say today it was wonderful.
When you are out of items on an order you should call and ask if the customer wants to substitute it.
What you should not do is remove the items and send out an order that is no longer large enough to feed everyone waiting on their food.

The smell upom entering was not very pleasant. However, I still wanted to try to like this product. I ordered the spicy one with ham/cheese AND the sausage, egg, bacon and cheese. Cashier was very pleasant. He warmed them as well. just okay. Nothing to write home about at all.
