While trying to get a quick breakfast on my way to work ordered a croissant and cream cheese. The sign clearly said 3.60 they charged me 3.99. Plus tax I brought it to the cashiers attention and said there is nothing that can be done. I got handed my croissant in cream cheese. The croissant was cold and stale and the tiny tin of cream cheese as soon as I opened up smelled terrible as if it had been sitting out for weeks. Don’t plan on going back. It’s a shame since It’s conveniently located to my home

Absolutely loved this place! The coffee is exceptional — you can really taste the quality of the beans. I’ve visited twice and tried the Kona Ocean and the Affogato Latte, and both were so good. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced.

The ambience is calm, cozy, and inviting — a great spot to bring your laptop and get some work done, or simply relax and catch up with friends. The space feels peaceful yet lively in the best way.

The service is good and quickly. Overall, it’s one of those places you’ll want to keep coming back to. Definitely go for it — you’ll love it too! ☕️✨😍

Found this spot when in the area. Had a nice hang out vibe with Plants and board games. Came in the afternoon and a couple people doing business and working on laptops. We will definitely be back. Just got a coffee and a smoothie but the food looks amazing.

I got a white chocolate latte and it was very smooth and not that bitter. The perfect combo. I loved it!
The Christmas Ambience was awesome. And the barista was super friendly.

Stopped by Kona coffee reserve and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The pumkin spice latte was smooth, not too sweet, and you can really taste the Kona beans. Had it with their pumkin muffin, soft, fresh, and just the right flavor for the season. The place has a calm, cozy vibe that makes you want to just sit and enjoy your coffee….The staff are super friendly and you can tell they really care about what they serve. Overall, great experience.

We had earl grey and assam tea with milk. Was expecting that they would make it, mix milk etc and serve. It was just a cup of hot water with tea bag & side of cream. I guess anyone can do that. Not much effort. Folks dont want to go to a coffee place and make tea while having a conversation. Defeats the purpose.

We drove 30 min today to visit this coffee shop. A lady staff at Barista with piercings all over her face & with pink & purple hair took our order. She was very rude and showed extreme racism while we placed our order. We visited this place many times and never had this experience with other staff. Additionally, she made the worst coffee we ever had at this place. Kona Reserve should consider firing such extreme unprofessional staff to give good customer experience and ask them to be polite with everyone.
