I purchased a prepaid $50 mastercard giftcard only to find out the card that was activated was unusable. I contacted support and was refunded, but I was only refunded for the card amount and NOT for the activation fee. The card was originally activated but, because the card is unable, the activation fee did not apply. Because of this, I am still down money for a purchase that has taken over two weeks to resolve. Very annoying, and I will likely never be purchasing a mastercard product ever again. Support, please contact me.

Disappointing experience, specially in terms of front end customer service center. Lady was super rude and have nothing to do with logic.when I pointed out already expired items on the shelf. she started acting completely weird like she cant understand what I am saying, why I am saying and things like that.if you guys are charging more compared to walmart and HEB and gives garbage customer experience. Good luck with your huge egos.

They often make irritating mistakes where they fail to give you the displayed price or fail to apply the advertised special. You can't see it until after you've paid since most of the coupons / specials don't appear until after checkout. The only way to fix this is to deal with their bad customer service that's often closed. Of course, the difference between what they advertise and what they charge is big enough to be annoying, but too small to be worth taking the time to come back and fix it. Maybe this is intentional, but it really drags down the customer experience for me.

This is your standard supermarket grocery store. The produce is nothing spectacular and I go elsewhere for seafood. If you live close it is decent place for your weekly grocery trip, but only If you live nearby. I wouldn't go out of way to shop here like I sometimes do for HEB.

Really getting tired of being harassed by the Spectrum sales people EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in the store. Even after I tell them I already have Spectrum Internet, they just keep nagging. Get rid of them, or I'm shopping elsewhere! It's not like this is such a great store to begin with…

Waited over 35 for the pick up service to bring out my grocery. Poor customer service. Management said only one guy both pulling and talking out orders. Very disappointing!

I came to this Kroger from out of town just to pick up something quick , no one there was helpful at all. When checking out the cashier seemed to be bothered and she was rolling her eyes as I was getting my gift card from my wallet and it was taking a few seconds. I work at a Kroger myself and as a professional person I know customers shouldn’t be treated that way regardless to your mood or anything and it’s extremely uncomfortable when you are in a store trying to buy something and the people are rude and not helpful. If I could give zero stars I would .

I have dealt with many businesses in my life, but worse than this store? I have never seen in my entire life. I called the Phamacy 12 times and every time I called they say please hold without giving you the chance to say a word, then it rings and rings until it hangs up on you, Then I called Customer Service to speak to them, The lady who answered, wasn’t helpful at all, and on top of that she refused to help me and she insisted on transferring me to the pharmacy that never picks up the phone. I regret sending my prescription to the store because it’s a closer to me. Tom thumb is absolutely the best business anybody can deal, Unlike the horrible Kroger.

What’s the point in self checkout and understaffing to no cashiers available, only to have them still check your cart to see if you’ve paid for all items? Get it together Kroger. Get rid of the self checkout and hire real people to scan all items. I am now both the consumer and the cashier at this place. Ridiculous!
