Kung Fu Tea

Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering. On top of that, the boba pearls were way too hard and completely unedible. For a place that specializes in bubble tea, the quality and service were unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Bad experience. I ask for a a cup of water after ordering a milk tea, they declined me. Compulsory tip, I cannot pay without hinging them tip.

Absolutely disgusting service! I clearly stated my order, but the girl at the checkout was incredibly rude and looked visibly annoyed the entire time. She ignored my request for no ice, and when I reminded her after receiving the drink, she just poured it out and added water—completely ruining it. The drink became so diluted that all the sweetness was gone.

To make things worse, when I walked away and started drinking, I realized there was no boba, and only one of the two toppings I paid for. Both were listed on the order sticker, so there’s no excuse.

If you want to pay $10 for a cup of cloudy, tasteless water and get treated with a bad attitude, this is the place for you.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I genuinely love this chain and always enjoy their drinks at the location near 99 Ranch. But this location is just awful. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses the service here.

I recommend not buying from the Kung Fu in this mall. They messed up my order, but remade it so that it was decent, but still not great. The boba was not fresh. And I'm pretty sure it was more expensive than the normal store. They also messed up on my rewards scan and they did not add to my account.

Ordered kung fu milk tea.. got a drink that tasted just like watered-down milk.

love kung fu tea but for some reason this location always messes up the drinks. They Never put ice, boba is always super hard, my drink was literally half empty 💀

Nice and warm place it’s so good couple of coffe ..

I got a taro milk tea with 50% sweetness and it was sickeningly sweet to the point where I could only take a few sips before throwing it away. My husband got a coconut milk tea at 30% sweetness which I thought tasted good but if you are someone who doesn’t want a sweet flavor, you would need to get an even lower %. I’m not sure if it was just the person making it today but I would strongly advise getting below 50% sweetness level if you want to enjoy your drink.

Places closes at 9pm and they placed this sign with 4 girls hanging around. I literally asked 1 min before this is they were closed and they said no. They they put up the sign immediately. This place needs to be shut down.
