First, they have a public parking garage that’s free right near the building so this is already a plus for me. The restaurant itself has a ton of seating indoors and outside. They have a huge selection of snacks such as pastries, breads, etc. We ordered from the menu and got actual meals, they had a good selection of sandwiches and breakfast foods. I recommend their iced lattes, with flavors such as hazelnut, caramel, vanilla, and lavender. The lavender was delicious! Staff is friendly and welcoming. If in the area again, I’d gladly stop by!

Parking: Free parking lot attached to building.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 omelets. At that point coffee was cold. Which I guess they forgot to tell me it was ready. I would Not have minded the long wait if the food was good. It was pretty bland. To then have to wash it down with cold coffee. A bit disappointing.

Some of the best drip / slow bar coffee I’ve ever had. This place knows what they are doing and I love the story and purpose behind the business as well. Highly recommend.

Decided to try this hidden gem and was a bit surprised with the prices. It was when I had my first bite of chilaquiles and my first sip of coffee that I understood. Will be coming back 👍

Great place for a quick bite/drink or stay and hang out. WiFi is fast and there are plenty of tables to work at. Sandwiches are delicious and their coffee was fantastic.

Wonderful spot for either a chill and quick brunch and coffee situation, or if you’re hoping to get some work done while having a snack. Great location in the heart of downtown Frisco. Really friendly staff, GREAT chilaquiles, and convenient parking in the garage

The food tastes good; the best chilaquiles that I have ever tried, and the burritos are so good too.

La Finca has the best most consistent breakfast burritos. They’ve added a new salsa (taquera) to their red and green. It is out of this world.

The espresso was excellent. So were the empanadas and muffins.
French toast is also great.
The Chipotle Grilled Chicken sandwich is also excellent.
