I went to Frisco with my partner for a game and we stop by La Madeleine because we were craving some coffee and it was not deceiving. The coffee was good. I got an iced caramel latte and an Egg Mushroom crepe. That was delicious tasted like pizza. I loved it.

I visited La Madeleine today expecting the usual experience, but my visit was taken to a whole new level thanks to Kevin. This kind and thoughtful gentleman provided exceptional customer service. With a warm smile and a helpful attitude, he went above and beyond to assist me and answer all of my questions. Truly outstanding service! My once a year visit to La madeleine will turn into an every week experience just because of kevin!

Went to this la Madeline’s for lunch. On July 10, 2025. Was not very busy. Ordered at 12:02 pm. Soup and sandwich. By 12:20, I still did not have my sandwich. Went up to the register to inquire. The woman at the register told me she did not know where my order was and stated “I am not the cook”. I realize she wasn’t the cook but she was the employee who took my order. I ask 2 other employees and they could not assist me either.
I was very respectful when I ask her where my order was and expect the same respect from her. 20 minutes is a long time to wait for a sandwich during lunchtime.
Too many restaurants over there to put up with this disrespect. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The manager here is amazing. Every single interaction I witnessed while waiting on my to go order was friendly, customer focused and left customers happy. The manager stepped in at every opportunity to help a team member and he made working here look easy and enjoyable. Briefest interaction but memorable. Great job !!

My book club met there in the secluded room in the back. So, it was easy to have a lively and open discussion. The food was delicious and the service was appropriate. However, I had to request that our table be cleaned before we started. We will definitely use this spot again.
