Do NOT order from here if you actually want your food. I placed an order thru the app for delivery. They chose DoorDash as the delivery vendor and they ended up delivering to the wrong address. When I contacted them she said it’s not her problem. I explained that I called the number that was texted to me for the DoorDash delivery but no one would answer. She said to look up another phone number online. During this time the person who did receive my order called to let them know it was taken to the wrong address. I asked if she could please ask them if it was in the same building complex so I could maybe walk over. She then snapped and said for me to call DoorDash to refund. I finally got a hold of DoorDash and they said the La Madeline is the ones who charged my card so they are responsible for refunding and contacting DoorDash for reimbursement. While I understand it’s not their fault DoorDash delivered incorrectly, it is also not my fault they chose to use them. Especially if it is they’re the ones that charged my card.

La Madeline is not what it used to be. I ordered a turkey bistro sandwich and it is supposed to be deli sliced turkey, thin with cheese and bacon on it. I have ordered this sandwich many times before and never had an issue. When I came here today, they set the plate down and the turkey was a thick cut of turkey like you would eat for Thanksgiving. The bacon was not cooked and it was still partially raw. There were so many juices spilling out of the sandwich it was disgusting. I took the plate back and explained to them the sandwich wasn't made correctly.
The manager told me that they are going through their turkeys from Thanksgiving that they are trying to use up. This manager needs to learn common sense. The turkey bistro sandwich is not made from old turkey meat from Thanksgiving. And then she had the nerve to tell me that they are trying to get rid of their turkeys from Thanksgiving? I wanted to ask the cook in the back if he would have eaten this disgusting looking sandwich with bacon that was still raw but I refrained. They offered me another sandwich and I just had them refund my money. This location is poorly managed and I will never return. There are plenty of other dining options around and I will be happy to spend my money elsewhere.

I have had good experiences with this restaurant, only if they don't turn off their online ordering line. It has become a very annoying habit. I don't bother anymore and give my business to well managed restaurants like the Outback, Red Lobster and Olive Garden.

The food is good, and the server/cashier is sweet, but good luck finding a clean place to eat. Maybe they are short-handed? Most of the tables have not been bussed in a while. We were lucky enough to find a free table, but I watched someone else cleaning a table just so they could sit.
Edit: Right before I left, they went full staff on deck to clean the sitting area, which is nice.

I ordered lunch yesterday in this location using their website and never received it. When I contacted this office directly, the manager told me I would get a full refund the next day. And again I received nothing. Be aware!
