Thought they may be closed on a Saturday night when we arrived, then we heard the music. We were the only two diners and it it felt like a high end private dinner. Everything was excellent from the chips (warmed) and salsa, sangria to the Americano plate and steak quesadillas. It’s a CRIME that this establishment isn’t flush with business! Service, atmosphere and the FOOD is unmatched. Please try it, people!

I enjoyed a Sunday lunch here with my wife and four year old son, and the food and service were fantastic. The salsa, steak fajitas, Texas burrito and Cheese quesadillas were all incredible. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I visited Lalo's for the first time on a Friday evening. I was really wanting this restaurant to be a go to for Mexican food since it seems so many near us have closed in recent years. I found my experience to be just okay. The service was friendly but a longer than expected wait on our drinks. We were seated at a table with a full view of the bar and the delay was definitely not due to the bartender being too busy. I also was a bit put off that the menu stated for my chosen margarita, The Boss, I could have my choice of blanco tequila. So having full view of the bar, I saw they had Herradura, so I asked for that one, but was told my choice could only be Don Julio or Tres Generaciones. So why not just state that on the menu? I chose Don Julio, and the margarita was okay, but not quite worth the $15. Complimentary chips and salsa is served The chips are fairly good but nothing special about the salsa. I ordered the Americano dinner with a chicken enchilada, brisket taco and sope oaxaco. Everything on my plate was delicious. The food comes out very quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very open and relaxing. A combination of singles, couples and families dining. I understand that dining out is getting much more expensive, but overall a tab with two drinks and two fast casual meals at $71 before tip, I won't put Lalo's on my regular rotation, but would not rule it out for another visit.

Love the fajitas . My wife and I come here for the combo fajitas for two. The cocktails are wonderful and so is the service.

Not too authentic. Would not recommend their chicken fajitas , it was just a normal plate with chicken breast and some sides. Was not sizzling. Pechuga de Pollo - was very average. Not too different from fajitas , yet few dollars expensive. Maybe for the cabbage slaw ? Lol. The food was not stale and tasted fine. So you really can’t waste it. They can improve their presentation for their price points. You are better off at Chuy’s or Salsa Tex Mex. Will I be back ? Not really for a while.Their tortilla chips were good ?

I was in the area for an appointment and my hubby found this spot for us to grab lunch. The interior was open and had a modern vibe. We visited on a Monday around 1:30 PM and the place was empty. Note: it was a holiday so that could have accounted for the emptiness. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly. We were served complimentary chips and salsa and we really enjoyed the salsa. It had the right amount of kick. One thing I love about Tex-Mex is how quickly the food comes out and this was the case here. I ordered chicken enchiladas and it came with rice and refried beans. My hubby ordered the carne asada with charro beans. I liked my food however the cheese over my enchiladas was overkill. Next time I'd omit that but the chicken within the enchilada was seasoned well. My hubby devoured his food and didn't have anything negative to say. We ordered sopapillas for dessert and I didn't get a pic because we quickly demolished them. Lol. They were served piping hot with honey. Yum. Overall we enjoyed our meal and the experience. If we're in the area again, we'd definitely go back.

Good Tex Mex at good value (if you don't drink alcohol). Drinks are pricey. My husband had brisket tacos; I ordered a la carte (enchilada, taco & guacamole). Was fresh and tasty.
