Coffee is FANTASTIC. Coming from a self-proclaimed coffee fanatic.
Staff is lovely and welcoming; it smells fantastic in there, dope music selection and it’s a great place to just hang out (also get work done). It’s a vibe for sure.
Will definitely be back to try out the rest of the coffee menu and food!

Tried this place for the first time and was really disappointed. I ordered a peppermint mocha, but it was extremely bitter—I ended up throwing away a large coffee after just three sips. It was very bitter, and could barely taste any peppermint at all. It tasted like the beans weren’t properly dialed in or were over-extracted. Unfortunately, not a great first impression.

I normally don’t complain, but I paid $20 for a sandwich and coffee—which I understand is pricey—and I’ve always loved the quality at Lemas, so this experience was really disappointing. I placed an online order at 12:30 with an estimated pickup time, and since the system never mentioned needing to “check in,” I assumed it would be ready when I arrived.
I love the Carrollton and Plano locations, but this time my order wasn’t even started until I asked about it at 1:00. The staff’s expressions made it clear they knew something had gone wrong, and because I was running late at that point, I didn’t check the order until I got to my car. The sandwich wasn’t toasted as requested, it didn’t have chipotle, and the drink was made incorrectly. For the price and the reputation I’ve come to expect, this was just wild to deal with. I love Lemas, but there is definitely room to grow in how online orders are handled.
