We decided to do our toddler birthday on the patio on Sunday right as they open which made it a perfect time as they are not busy at that time.
I did coordinate ahead of time with the manager on having a decent party arriving to make sure that there won’t be any issues.

We had a lovely waitress Hersyla who took care of our 20+ (adults and kids) party size without a glitch. She was very kind, detail oriented and provided top notch service.
She set up a water station for us, had silverware ready for kids and adults, we ordered food for the table (which was great) and overall had a great time!
Hersyla kept track of everyone’s tabs and drink orders like a pro and there was no confusion at the end. We had such great time that instead of expected 2hrs for a kids birthday we spent 4 hrs there because everyone had fun.
Thank you Hersyla for taking care of us! Rockstar!

Hostess or guy with blomd hair is not very helpful and rude. At least 5 - 8 tables open and they say its a 30 min wait. Meanwhile others are grabbing takeout and just sitting outside at those tables to eat. At least walk outside and take a look. Go eat elsewhere where your business is appreciated.

I was looking forward to eating and drinking at this restaurant but was very disappointed! Ordered a Moscow Mule which came in a small glass not a copper cup. Drink tasted horrible! Did not even taste like a Moscow Mule. Also ordered a lemon drop martini which didn’t even have a sugar rim and tasted like water with lemon juice. Drinks tasted so horrible we couldn’t even drink them. Ordered steak tacos which tasted dry. Very few people in restaurant which I now understand why. Service was just ok. Restaurant could have potential if they had professional bartenders and chefs.

Went during Christmas. Decorations were awesome! Christmas cookies and Christmas drinks made the experience quality.

We have tried this restaurant quite a few times and was hoping it would eventually get better. The food is strange, overpriced, and honestly unappetizing. The service is also awful. After our last visit, we won't be back.

Went to experience the Blitzen “Pop Up” bar...One word sums it up Delightful! Very well decorated and you could feel the Christmas Spirit! 🎄🎄🎄 We had the Va Va Vixen, and the craft made Dubai Hot Chocolate, both superb! Definitely worth a visit to take in all the festivities and holiday decorations.

Went for the Christmas decor pop up, which is cute but they are not staffed properly for it at all. The sole bartender, who was also our server, had a lot on her plate but very little pep in her step. The “fancy” $15 drink tasted like a vodka cranberry from a college bar. And the food was not that great for the price. Find somewhere else for the Christmas vibes!

Definitely holiday festive! Great photo ops and the hostess was super sweet as our photographer. The Blitzens cocktail menu was cute! Sadly the service was slow & inattentive. The drinks we ordered took forever. My wine never came. Our waitress had multiple areas and we had a party of 12 so hard for her to keep up. She was super sweet and tried hard. Overall, the holiday decorations & festive atmosphere was worth the wait.

Honestly incredible how poor the experience was.

Walked in and it smelled...like poop to be honest. My wife and I instantly looked at each other and clocked the smell.

Next we were shown to the bay but left alone without any instructions for a couple minutes. Being our first time there we were instantly confused if we were supposed to do something or if they would be back.

On top of all this the games are amateur and poorly designed. Each game either provides no instructions or they start instantly with the instructions off to the side so the first player is rushed to start while also reading the rules. Some games even stopped while every clock on the screen still had time. The games feel like they are out of second or third tier arcade games from the 80s which is fine in some venues but not here in my opinion.

The tracking technology was also a huge disappointment. Being TopGolf and especially PGA I expected better technology. I would venture there are many home set-ups that would do better than this. The sensors constantly read a throw going in an entirely different direction or meaningfully off from the obvious place it hit. Fine for golf where the ball is moving so fast you cannot notice but in tic tac toe my wife tried just throwing a ball and it was off to the naked eye.

Thought it would be fun given some other immersive experiences we have had but really disappointing.

Oh and they don't have putters!?! I even asked and they didn't seem fazed by the question.

Waited over 20 min to be able to order. The bartender out the liquor bottle in her armpit then handled with her hands. Very disgusting. Many bartenders looked at me while I was trying to get attention to order and then went about their own business. Zero quality in the bartending staff. Drink was mediocre at best once I finally received it.

The food great snd the service was good. We wanted 10 minutes for a hostess to appear but finally the manager seated us and started our drink service. She was extremely helpful.

Went there for the Holiday pop-up with friends. With only 1 bartender working, it took forever to get drinks and the server, who didn't have many tables by the looks of it, wasn't terribly attentive in an effort to compensate for that. Felt like we were pretty much on our own, with a rare check-in to place orders and pay the check - during which she failed to call out that a large party gratuity had been added. I don't think we'll be back. As for the decor, it was great but stopped cold at the edge of the bar - the host/manager? was helpful, though in getting our table together and gave us a reason to stay.

I met with a client earlier who was in town, finished up early and stopped in for a late lunch and a couple drinks. The space and layout was really nice. A big bar area, plenty of tables and outside seating too. Groups and families were dropping in.

The food was great. I had the Korean BBQ wings. They had good flavor and worked well with my IPA! The staff was friendly and I was able to catch some sports on the tvs throughout the space. There was a charity event going on outside which was kool, and the energy and vibe was great. Met some kool folks who were just hanging out, as well. Definitely a nice, casual spot to talk business of just catch a game and enjoy the views. Right by the putting green.

I didn’t get a chance try the indoor golf bays, but i’ll be back and hit those up on my next visit for sure.👍🏽
