Definitely holiday festive! Great photo ops and the hostess was super sweet as our photographer. The Blitzens cocktail menu was cute! Sadly the service was slow & inattentive. The drinks we ordered took forever. My wine never came. Our waitress had multiple areas and we had a party of 12 so hard for her to keep up. She was super sweet and tried hard. Overall, the holiday decorations & festive atmosphere was worth the wait.
The food is always great but the service is consistently slow. They need dedicated wait staff for the outdoor diners, and more wait staff in general. We love dining at this location but the slowness is problematic
We made reservations for a group of 12 for the A&M Notre Dame game. Mia and her team went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT SERVICE. First, they called us during our round mid-afternoon to confirm our reservations was all set for that evening. When we got there, our waitress was great and made sure we had everything we needed.
