I ordered 83.09 worth of pizza's, it was 3 large and one small. They were all dry, over cooked. All my guests hardly ate them. I contacted the restaurant and told them our experience, they could care less. Never again

Ordered pickup for specialty pizza w meat. Reception looked at my order, looked inside the pizza box, took off the taped receipt, and gave me a cheese pizza. They swapped my order to something cheaper without asking, instead of just remaking it.

I indicated placed order at 5:40P, app indicated delivery at 6P, ask Luigi employee on phone why haven’t yet received order - employee responded “I have no idea.” Order finally arrived 45 minutes after time received in text it should have arrived. P.S. not surprisingly food arrived cold AND burnt. In future, will find better stewards of my financial resources

pretty good pizza! i appreciate that the gluten free option is the same price as the regular (though, i think they only have it in medium). most places will do an up charge but this place doesn’t. i had the florentine pizza and it was very nice and fresh. my dad had the pepperoni and i took a slice— very good! very authentic new york style. the lady who runs it has a thick new york accent, too, so you know it’s the real deal haha
i will say, the young man running it at the front didn’t exactly make it clear what we were to do when we walked in. we just stood there and he looked at us until we realized we were supposed to order at the counter and then seat ourselves. maybe it’s his first day, who knows.
also, our table could’ve used another wipe down
update: she just gave me a free slice of cheesecake cause it was my first time and i chose the place! very sweet
