They need to hire more staff. Every time I go they ALWAYS understaffed. Get yall stuff together.

I just want to thank Micheal Master and Q ( team) who helped my son today at the Gravity Ropes in Main Event, Frisco.Micheal Master was so kind, patient, and encouraging. My son was very nervous at first, and I honestly didn’t think he would even try. But because of this his calm attitude and positive encouragement, my son gave it a try — and that meant so much to us. We really appreciate the kindness and support!

Went to Main Event to celebrate a birthday. The plan was simple: bowling, food, and games. Bowling was fine, but the service was nonexistent. Our server never showed up, even though the groups on both sides of us were getting taken care of. We asked about it and were told someone would come, but no one ever did. For an hour, I got to listen to my kids complain about being hungry instead of actually enjoying the day. This is the second time something like this has happened, so we’re done with this location. On the bright side, we saved by not spending any money on food or games since we left right after bowling. Two stars for helping us be under budget.

Their was a group of high-school kids there being a bit rowdy I assume it was their homecoming but they were rowdy we were right next to them with 4 small kids and they were disturbing overall the atmosphere was good I ordered tacos and Brussel sprouts the tacos were great but I should have returned the sprouts they were SUPER DRY and were discussing

Lana was the BEST BEST BEST waiter/server ever, she was super uper duper sweet plus she did all her work magnificently and took care of all the crazy kids. The place is overall super fun and nice to go to with ur family and for birthdays!!!

We take my son to this place. He has been there the last two years to semi celebrate his birthday. They have bowling, billiards, Lazer tag, putt putt golf, arcade games. It is fairly reasonably priced. The food is decent. Don't expect gourmet or home cooked tasting food. They also have a bar inside. It serves mixed drinks along with some bottled and draft beers.
