I booked a birthday party and I felt like I received poor service by my host and wasn't properly informed of all the details pertaining to my reservation. But, the atmosphere was great for kids.
We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday at Main Event and it was an amazing experience! Noah and Zay were our party hosts and went above and beyond! My son and all of his friends said this was the best birthday party ever!
I would give this place a 5 star as the place was nice and had a good vibe,but the service was not up to that level. The server seemed a bit disoriented, and despite me clearly stating upfront to take out one ingredient from the food, the food still came out with it. The experience felt disappointing when it was something I had clearly mentioned beforehand.
