Poor customer service, unclean counter area , overpriced and bad quality…the ice cream was already melting as she handed it to us. The girl behind the counter seemed very unhappy and unwelcoming to the customers. It was our family and few more customers came in after us . For our family of 4 , it was a disappointment and overpriced experience… Will not go back.

I had the absolute best experience at this ice cream shop, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Muna for making it so memorable!
From the moment I walked in, Muna greeted me with the warmest smile and genuine energy that instantly made me feel welcome. She took the time to walk me through the different flavors, offered generous samples, and even suggested the perfect combination based on what I told her I liked. Her knowledge of the menu and passion for what she does really stood out.
The ice cream itself? Delicious. Creamy, rich, and full of flavor—clearly made with quality ingredients. But what truly elevated the visit was the service. Muna treated everyone like a valued guest, not just a customer. You don’t get that kind of hospitality everywhere.
I’ll absolutely be back—and I’ll be bringing friends with me. If you visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Muna. She turns a sweet treat into an unforgettable experience.

Second “Marble Slab” I tried looking for their supposed dairy free options. Walked in, smelled absolutely horrible, and there is no where for customers to stand to select then pay. If you’re trying to pre select flavors by looking, you feel like a lurker because it’s so disorganized. Don’t know what has happened to this chain but it has certainly gone downhill.

Went to grab some ice cream about 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. The counter where the ice cream is set down after being prepared was absolutely filthy! Also, the slab where the ice cream is mixed looked unclean as well (several different shades of melted ice cream all over the slab). There seemed to be a communication issue between the worker and I when placing my order but I decided to leave a tip in the tip jar anyways. The worker just gave me sort of a smirk. Will not be back to this location. Filthy and not very friendly.

Slum Dog meets Baskin Robbin’s. Absolutely disgusting. The ice cream itself is almost liquid. The “marble slab” they mix it on isn’t cold and it just melted the ice cream more. The worker didn’t even try to mix the ice cream like they are supposed to until I told her that’s the whole reason I brought my 5 year old. The bathrooms are filthy with urine and excrement all over the walls. This place is owned or managed by someone who culturally doesn’t value cleanliness. The place is filthy and stinks with gnats flying all over the ice cream as we sat and ate/drank the crap. Absolutely disgusted and will not be back.

2 ladies walked in, didn't wash their hands, put on the thin gloves and started taking orders. Very unsanitary to come from outside and start taking orders. We dont know where your hands been, please wash them for our and your safety.

Online and the door sign hours say they close at 10:30 PM on Friday & Saturday. It is Friday and it is 945, walked in the front door which was unlocked, but the employee said they were closed.

Closed early at 9:45 on a Friday night. Hours say 10:30pm. Rude lady yelled at us when we opened the door “we’re closed!!!”
If you actually choose to close early, lock the door when you close and change the hours online.
