They didn’t have the original mixes they have at all the other locations

Walked in. Wasn’t greeted. Stood at the ice cream counter for over 5 minutes while two employees chatted in the back and the other continued to ice cookies. The two from the back came and walked past me to put on gloves but then went about their business, as if I wasn’t even there. Won’t be coming back.

Gia was very polite and respectful, I didn't feel rushed or pressured into picking and leaving the atmosphere felt nice and inviting the ordering to check out was smooth.

My first time coming here Gia was very patient and understanding, while taking ym order I would recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth.

Gia was very respectful and helpful during my visit helped me find the perfect taste for me and my family will come again.

Ice cream was delicious and staff was friendly. Especially Gia, she let me try several flavors and was pleasant and cheerful the entire time.

WOW. Their cakes look incredible and taste delicious, too; they really knocked it out of the park with my order! I was impressed with all the options they had. Sam is so nice, she did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will definitely be returning soon!

Cookies are fresh and tastes great but ice cream tastes average. Cookies cakes are new concepts and had many varieties

Marble slab has always been my go to ice cream place but the service here is what puts it over the top. Sam was an amazing help this evening helping us choose our flavors for our family. We enjoyed samples and she also recommended some of the fan favs. This is the kind of service you want to receive when it’s late and you really are not sure what you’re there for lol.

This Marble Slab location in Little Elm is fantastic! the staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond with recommendations and service. The ice cream is delicious, with plenty of mix ins, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get.great spot for both solo treats and family outings!
