My favorite have never been dissatisfied

Marble slab has always been my go to ice cream place but the service here is what puts it over the top. Sam was an amazing help this evening helping us choose our flavors for our family. We enjoyed samples and she also recommended some of the fan favs. This is the kind of service you want to receive when it’s late and you really are not sure what you’re there for lol.

This Marble Slab location in Little Elm is fantastic! the staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond with recommendations and service. The ice cream is delicious, with plenty of mix ins, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get.great spot for both solo treats and family outings!

The person sat in the back for 5 minutes eating cookies while we waited at the counter.

so expensive for amount of ice cream given. figured they would be scooped up like the photos show but each cup was filled below the top. even the cups of just plain with no mix ins.drive a few mins further and go to handel’s.

Friendly staff and good ice cream.

I am not too sure why the reviews here are so low, but I do recommend this location for both cookies and ice cream. My family LOVES the cookie cakes, and have already ordered 6 this year! Today, we celebrated a 13 year olds birthday with Marble Slab making us all custom ice cream bowls! Thanks for a great visit!

I am a big fan of marble slab creamery but this stores customer service is really bad.The people working there are really lazy to use both their hands to mix the ice cream on the slab.The customer service is really worst.Hope they improve
