Marco's Pizza

I went into to place an order with a gift card I was given only to be told that the gift card had no balance. This was the first time I tried to use the gift card and it is unacceptable for them to scam me with a gift card that has no value.

I tried to give this location another chance, but they failed once again. We always have to order extra sauce because they skimp big time. What we received this time was basically a Large Sized, glorified cheese bread. Hell, I’ll pay extra for sauce every time, but this ended up being a microscopic layer of sauce - completely laughable. Whoever now owns this franchise should be embarrassed, but they clearly aren’t since they’ve willingly ran it into the ground. Save yourself the time & hassle and go spend a few bucks more to get better pizza elsewhere. 0/10 Rating.

Not a good Marcos franchise. I guess I will continue to drive all the way to the Midway road location for Marcos. This is the second Marcos I’ve been to in Frisco that is sub par (the other one is the location on Rolater).

I was missing an ingredient (salami) and just like the location on Rolater the pizza had 1/3 or more FEWER TOPPPIGS than a normal Marcos location. I suspect the same person owns this franchise as the one on Rolater and they SCIMP on the toppings. In fact, this pizza didn’t even taste like a normal Marcos pizza.

Marcos corporate needs to do something with these franchises that are not maintaining the standards as most other locations

This Marcos location has really gone down hill since new owners and staff took over. The place is filthy and the service is terrible. I watched them make my pizza and I was so grossed out that I told them to cancel my order. I witnessed enough health code violations to have it shut down. Stay clear from this location

I always take home my favorite Garden Pizza with added Spinach, Green Pepper, Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Ranch Sauce, Pizza Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Garlic Sauce. At home, I usually mix all the sauces together, and I add Salmon to my pizza. It’s D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!! The Best!!!!

Now with the new owners, this pizza tastes even a lot better! Organic fresh ingredients and the crust bread base is amazing! Thank you! 😊

I ordered a gluten-free pizza and ended up with a regular crust instead. I called to have the order corrected and they initially agreed. Then a manager called me back and said that I would have to pay for them to remake the pizza. Note: their system may not retain gluten free cauliflower crust selection. It’s best to take a screen shot before you submit your order. If there is a mistake, they may not honor the order and don’t seem to understand competent customer service and food allergies. Taking my business elsewhere.

Their desserts are the perfect way to end a meal sweet but not overwhelming.

This used to be our favorite pizza destination. But over the past couple months, the customer service has become terrible. No greeting when you walk in. No one will tell you when your order will be ready, even when it’s past pick up time. The quality of the food has gone way downhill. It’s extremely disappointing.

I purchased four medium “deluxe” pizzas with classic crust. The toppings were plentiful and delicious. The sauce was just right. Each pizza was cooked perfectly and consistent. The staff were very kind and helpful when I arrived to pickup my pizzas. I highly recommend this location of Marco’s Pizza!
