Marco's Pizza

I always take home my favorite Garden Pizza with added Spinach, Green Pepper, Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Ranch Sauce, Pizza Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Garlic Sauce. At home, I usually mix all the sauces together, and I add Salmon to my pizza. It’s D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!! The Best!!!!

Now with the new owners, this pizza tastes even a lot better! Organic fresh ingredients and the crust bread base is amazing! Thank you! 😊

I ordered a gluten-free pizza and ended up with a regular crust instead. I called to have the order corrected and they initially agreed. Then a manager called me back and said that I would have to pay for them to remake the pizza. Note: their system may not retain gluten free cauliflower crust selection. It’s best to take a screen shot before you submit your order. If there is a mistake, they may not honor the order and don’t seem to understand competent customer service and food allergies. Taking my business elsewhere.

This used to be our favorite pizza destination. But over the past couple months, the customer service has become terrible. No greeting when you walk in. No one will tell you when your order will be ready, even when it’s past pick up time. The quality of the food has gone way downhill. It’s extremely disappointing.

Terrible. Placed an order, had it confirmed and then they canceled it 20 min into the order. Terrible. Sitting here waiting for nothing. That is terrible customer service

I purchased four medium “deluxe” pizzas with classic crust. The toppings were plentiful and delicious. The sauce was just right. Each pizza was cooked perfectly and consistent. The staff were very kind and helpful when I arrived to pickup my pizzas. I highly recommend this location of Marco’s Pizza!

Killer service at the Main St Frisco location this evening, food was top notch as well. There was an honest mistake on a super abnormal and complex order I made, and this incredible team did everything humanly possible to make it right as fast as possible, with great care for our family. They blew us away going far above and beyond tonight… as always. We’ve had nothing but Great experiences everytime we’ve been here, and are sure grateful for these folks! Thank you for taking such good care of us this evening and always! We sure appreciate you folks! ♥️ We’re lucky to have you all here in Frisco!!

This is hands down my favorite pizza place of the local chains. The pizza is better than all the others I have tried, and the prices are way more reasonable than the less tasty pizza I've gotten at other stores. They do a nice job of half and half pizzas if you have a picky bunch of people to feed who can't agree on one kind. The old world pepperoni and especially the shredded pepperoni are amazing. Be sure to use the app to get discounts / deals every time you order.
My online order for pickup was ready right on time. The atmosphere is not great for eating in, but I always take away anyway. The parking situation at this location is not great, but there's always a space available within a very short walk even if not available right in front of the store.

Jene' and Tori are amazing!!! Clean Clean!!! Knowledgeable of all products and dietary/allergy needs. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! They were amazing to talk with and get education from while waiting for my vegan friendly pizza. Definitely a great place to eat and order from.

As a Jersey girl, I was nearly scarred for life after trying pizza (in Los Angeles). I said I’d never try outside of the TRI-state again. I came to this location (my first time trying pizza in TX) and I was not disappointed. Their margherita pizza was amaaazingggg! When I say I inhaled the entire pie. I’m actually upset that it’s seasonal. Fix it Marcos! Customer service is amazing as well. It’s satisfying when nice people are handling my food. Phenomenal place all around 10/10

If you are ordering from Uber eats to receive your order from this Marco's location, please note that Marco's on Main here in Frisco, feels as though they can service at bare minimum because it's a third party. The manager, Victoria would not even provide a requested call back to explain her stance. Jaleel, the manager on staff, very nice, and courteous contacted me back to let me know that they would not make a $20 pizza (one pizza)order right because of the "store policy." I am one unhappy first time customer that will not be returning. This economy is horrendous. I could've went to the store and made a better pizza for less myself. I am happy that people read reviews because for one bad experience lets see how an already stressed business economy with several other options by way of service will provide profit for this store in the future. So much for convenience! Customer service is disgraceful and disrespectful anymore.
